Ziegler Heating Co is a family owned business founded by Henry J Ziegler in 1939. In the fall of 1980, Dominic Volpone purchased the business from Jack Ziegler, Henry's son. Today the business is owned and operated by Dominic's sons. Since 1939 Ziegler Heating Company has been providing quality HVAC Service and Installation, for both the residential and commercial market place.
Recently Honeywell worked with Zoomerang to conduct an online survey of over 2500 homeowners. By adding a zone system to your home, you can lower your fuel bills. Zoning can be installed on most forced air furnace/air conditioning systems as well as most hydronic (boiler) systems. A zone system installed in your home is like having an individual heating/cooling system in each room of your house.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful scheduling the appointment around my work schedule. When coming out to service our central air conditioning system, the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and even offered helpful advice to avoid issues in the future! Vaughn found the problem and fixed it in minutes and then moved on to a problem with air conditioner/heat pump and worked several hours on that until he was satisfied he had identified the broken part. Professional local business with focus on customer service. Technician today did not appear at the appointed time, but office called to tell me he was running late and would arrive in 30 minutes. When today's Technician arrived he did not introduce himself by name when entering the house. All previous Techs have. Today's Tech did not cover his boots with covers when working in the house. All previous technicians from this company have done so. Work was performed without any hiccup.

I woke up to a strong smoke smell coming from my vents. Ziegler's we're VERY responsive to my emergency. The tech arrived that day and diagnosed the problem. He repaired my furnace and was efficient. Tim was our technician. Came at the time they said they'd be there, very professional and informative. Recommended services and recommended some parts needing replaced, went and got them and put them in same day for me. Very pleasant and as a result signed a service contract with them. Savannah arrived on time. She was personable and knowledgeable. Savannah came to provide regular maintenance. She showed me other things that needed attention, making sure I saw the pieces that needed to be replaced. There was no pressure to replace the items, it was always my choice. The service call took slightly over two hours. As far as value goes, I feel it was fair. The value of having a reputable service agency is very important to me.
