Our refrigerator went out and Ray's (especially Katie) were very responsive, helpful, and got us a replacement quickly. That same weekend, my elderly parents AC went out and Alex came out to fix immediately. It was a true 24/7 service when we needed it the most, and we are very grateful to them for assisting us.
