Beware when seeking employment through MSD. It was a great company to work for at the time but their policies have changed. They do not pay out any of your earned PTO if you decide to leave for any reason. Not even management and my direct supervisor was aware of this and you don't find that out until the last day of employment. If you are a current employee and ever decide to leave please use all of your PTO before you do. I hope this helps to stop this from happening to someone else.

I tried to schedule an appointment to have a main sewer line replaced in one of my rental homes. As a returning customer this was my first call. Unfortunately they refused my repeat business. They're reason was they "couldn't get to it until late next week". I told him I was willing to take an appointment next week but he was sorry he couldn't help. Previously they had done very good work.
