Blower motor went out on A/C on the hottest day of the year. Technician recommended replacing entire system at a cost of about 7,000. however, after he "ran the numbers" the total was closer to 14,000. we offered to put down 50% on a credit card and we're asked to provide the available balance on the card. Really? he couldn't just run the card and see if it went through? on top if that we were charged the 109.00 service call fee. very unprofessional and would not do business with them again.

After 7 visits from technicians unit is not working at all. Last tech visit was in 5/11 could not get the system to work at all- ordered a new compressor. Supposed to be fixed on 5/24- we shall see. Unit as never worked as advertised. No mention of " we are so sorry for all the trouble, here is our plan to make it right " Spent many thousands of dollars for a system that doesn't work. And no word from Logan on Making this customer happy.

Me and my family had Jeremy Adams come out to give us a second opinion after receiving a wildly high quote from Columbus Worthington Air for a blower replacement for our HVAC system. Jeremy was kind, professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. He sat with us and helped weigh the options between repairing and replacing our system and gave us multiple quotes to help inform us of we wanted to do.
It was such a nice experience we decided to also subscribe to their twice a year service deal for regular maintenance! We are having a new install for our total HVAC system done early in the next week. Update: Today, May 2nd I had Rick and Willie come out and install a new AC and Furnace unit. They happily moved the location of my AC unit outside as requested, and truly went above and beyond.
Everything they did is incredibly nice, organized, and a vast improvement over the previous heating and cooling system. They even moved components for our humidifier to where it should have been in the first place for it to properly detect humidity, which was something I didn't realize! They were also personable and friendly and I couldn't be happier with the great work they've done.

We were delighted with the detailed service provided by Chuck and Dwayne for the installation of our furnace and air conditioning unit. Carl also did a great job on the initial service and quote for the new furnace and AC. They were on time, professional, clean, and thorough. They worked through the rain and storms through completion, finishing well after the end of the typical work day. They ensured we understood how to use our new system before departing. I purchased a new heater and AC unit from Logan in 2019. The sales representative was polite and professional. On the date of install everything seemed to go smoothly until I noticed the installer had taken mulch from our front flower bed and put it around the AC pad in the back. Strange but not a big deal to me. Later that year when it got cold the heater wouldn't work. Logan came back out and as it turned out they had wired the thermostat wrong and had to rewire it.
This was the first major sign that there were problems with out install. Flash forward to February '22 and we got a new water heater installed due to a leak our gas company identified as coming from the water heater. We continued to smell a much smaller amount of gas from a different area and had the gas company come back out. They said there is still a leak somewhere and shut the gas off to our house, requiring a licensed plumber to call and get the gas turned back on.
The plumber identified the leak as coming from the furnace primarily, which is only 2.5yrs old. When I called Logan thinking it is under warranty they tell me there is $109 fee to have the tech come out and look at, and labor is no longer under warranty. I pointed out that the problem might be due to a bad install job and they said the technician had the option to waive the service fee, but made mo mention of potentially waiving the labor cost.
I decide to have the plumber fix the furnace since he is already there, it's cold, and I have no heat, hot water or stove. It turns out the installer failed to seal some of the gas lines within the furnace, which resulted in the leak. He also identified 2 other very small leaks at our gas manifold. The total bill for this was $1850. Since this cost was a direct result of a poor install job, I called Logan to see if they would help reimburse this cost.
I talked to 2 service managers that gave me increasingly ridiculous rationale on why Logan should not be responsible for their installer doing a poor job. Initially they offered me a $50 gift card for my trouble. I had asked them to split the cost with me, as the plumber did fix 2 other small leaks. After 2 additional phone calls and 2 emails, along with evidence from the plumber, they upped their offer to $200 and asked if this would satisfy me, which it did not.
They never apologized for the experience I have had. All they cared about was saving the company some money. This is clearly a company that doesn't care about quality or giving a great customer experience. I have never seen a company so resistant to correcting mistakes they made. I thought they would be more than willing to correct their error and make things right. Clearly I was wrong.

Cannot recommend them enough! Thoroughly pleased with the sales and service we received. We recently retired and are thankful that we could trust Jeff. From the installation standpoint, they did it the next day and while it was supposed to be a simple installation, there was a rhythmic noise that was barely audible when the furnace was running. The guys worked for hours narrowing down the source of the noise and were able to fix it with a couple of screws.
So thankful for Jeff being honest and upfront about costs and what to expect. Brad, Blaine and Chuck were very careful to respect our home and didn't stop working until the job was done and all expectations met. Definitely five star service from everyone!

My experience with Logan Services has been positive from the beginning. My call to the office was handled professionally and pleasantly. Scott was my salesman and he did a great job explaining my options, after learning my heating/AC needs and expectations. The installers, Bradley and Blaine were really great. It was a long day (especially with the April showers plus April snow showers).
They took care to keep the mud and mulch outside (not an easy task today). They explained all the ins and outs of my new system/thermostat. I'm using the app and they helped me set that up. Just nice, smart guys who took time to make sure I was good with everything. I appreciate all the Logan Services folks I've dealt with to get my new system. Thank you.

From the start, we were very impressed. We were starting to look at replacing our furnace/ac unit on a Friday. Our old unit was 22 years old. By Tuesday evening, our new system was installed. Derek did a professional sales call on Monday (his background came from installing furnace/ac units). Then, on Tuesday, Hunter did an excellent job installing the unit. He was there with 2 other teammates. I could overhear Hunter training one of the team members. He was patient and very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with this company.

This was the best experience with a local business that I can recall! We had decided to buy a new furnace/ac for our new house. I was familiar with the brand because I upgraded an old house with the same. I knew I didn't want the same company to install the new system because of how that experience was. So, I messaged Logan Services about a promotion I saw on television. Got an answer very quick, and had an appointment for a free estimate in my home the next morning. Scott came to my home. Was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the company and the product. Made my choice easy.
He had said they could install the new system the next day. I was like, ok, sure. Turns out they could! 9am 3 guys showed up. They were all polite, and respectful. In less than an hour the old furnace was already disconnected. There was no checking their cell phones. I don't think anyone even took a break! By 3 pm they were done! No problems, no noise except for a couple bangs. Explained how to run my new equipment. Just amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Logan Services

My AC and furnace were both 20 plus years old so I purchased both.

We have had incredible experiences with our professional techs from Logan A/C and Heat Services. They have come out to do emergency A/C repair and provided scheduled maintenance for A/C and furnace. I had a really positive discussion with today's technician, Nic B., regarding the replacement of my 16 year old heating system today. He was detailed with his explanation, giving me the pros and cons of waiting another few months versus replacing sooner. I trust his integrity and his insights. It is really good to know there are ethical professionals looking out for homeowners.

They were deceptive in the maintenance plan they sold me in the spring of 2021. I was told they would check the system in the fall and in the spring for the purchase of the package - I can't remember how much it was - a few hundred dollars though. System was checked on 31august. Paid 600 and some change for a part that needed replaced and cleaning.
My next maintenance check was supposed to happen at the end of February. Today is 18nov. They called and said they had a cancellation and wanted to know if I would like them to come today to conduct my February check. I explained that they just checked it a couple of months ago - why would I want them to come again so soon? She said the check on 31 August was only the cooling part.
The one in February was for the heating side. I was led to believe that the entire system was being checked on the plan they sold me. Nope - now they are saying I signed up to have my AC checked at the very end of the Summer. And Heating checked at the very end of winter. Why would I have done that?! They put in my system a few years ago. It has worked fine.
I did not notice near the savings they promised I would see. But I was happy with the performance of the system. However, any maintenance and upkeep you have them do - they will overcharge and not be completely honest above what you are getting. Go with another company who actually cares about their customer and not making a quick buck with deception.

I had a new gas furnace central air installed with Logan. Clay and AJ the two Logan installers arrived on time and were very polite and explained the general process. They had to move my new outside unit 30 ft to the spot I wanted it. They were very efficient and worked steadily, explaining their progress along the way. All in all considering price, trane products quality, and Logan s on time and efficient work, I would recommend them to everyone.

Knocking down a star since after 1 year our supposedly bulletproof Trane furnace had a massive failure that caused CO to be released in house and burn an entire tank of propane in 30 days from incomplete combustion. While Trane did step up and replace entire unit, was literally 1 week out of full warranty, we asked that some space heaters be provided.
Customer service said they didn't have any available and would get back to me and they never did. Sent out young trainee to reinstall replacement with over site. Didn't get settings right so no backup heat came on that night when really cold. Sent out a supervisor to fix. We were lucky that we have a wood stove that gave us some heat but did take them almost a week to get replacement furnace since cluster in Texas where Trane is located had problems from ice storm.

Had I done my research I could've saved $230 they charged me to clean my coils. I could've gotten coil cleaning solution online for about $20 and used my own hose. They did recharge my freon, but they had to come back a day later because they didn't carry what they needed in their vehicle. They said the R22 Freon was difficult to come by, but every other A/C company I called said they carry it in their trucks daily. Overall, they did clean my A/C unit and recharge the freon, but it cost about $600 and I could've done most of the work myself for under $50 had I known better before calling them.
Before hiring these guys, do your research. The technician was professional and showed up on time. I simply didn't appreciate being charged $230 and having to keep my A/C off for 24 hours because they had to come back the next day solely because they didn't carry the proper freon in their truck. Would recommend you do your research and do some shopping around before hiring this company.

We had our blower motor go out in the furnace. We chose Logan because of the reviews and the fact that they are one of the longer running more reputable companies in the area. I submitted a quote card online and received a call the next morning to schedule my appointment. I spoke to Lynn on the phone and she was friendly. Unfortunately I had to wait until Tuesday for an available time slot, not their fault so I won't hold it against them.
I received a call from my technician prior to his arrival as well as a text with his name and photo. Bill was friendly, knowledgeable and got right to work. He had the necessary parts with him and was able to complete the job in less than an hour. All quotes and options were discussed prior to work being done. We would use Logan again based on this experience.

Had them do a complete heat and A/C install at my house. The sales and installation procedures were fine but in my experience their service afterwards is poor. After 16 months my A/C stopped working so I called them to come out and look at it. The problem turned out to be a loose wire at the breaker box that was not tightened completely at installation.
This could have been a serious problem as the wire was charred and easily could have started a fire. After tightening the connection the service tech proceeded to give me a bill for $175 and said "you may want to install yourself a new breaker".Not only was this problem a result of improper installation but they were adamant that I pay to correct it.
And while he was there the service tech also tried to upsell me a $400 maintenance package. This was insulting to me so I called the office to speak to the service manager and three different times I was told he wasn't available and they took my name and said they would call back but they never did. I will not be using them to provide my ongoing maintenance to my unit.

Had a furnace breakdown on Monday February 18,2019. Called Logan the morning of the 19th. Craig from Logan was in the house before 2pm that afternoon. We had a new furnace installed and working by 1pm on the 20th. Wow! What great service. Craig was able to give us what we wanted at a good price. No hard sell and no BS. We had a father / son duo (Dave and Dave) as installers and they were great.
They had to deal with 5 of snow before they could even start the job and it was cold outside and miserable and not a discouraging word was heard. Wasn't too warm inside either, 58*, but is sure is toasty now. Thank you to all and a job WELL DONE. We highly recommend this business.

I am reading the positive reviews and they actually confuse me as to how these people could have experienced such excellent and quick customer service and responses. It was rather cold and my furnace and thermostat were no longer working - both of which are relatively new. I called early on a weekend, was willing to pay the extra emergency service call fee, and had to stay all day.
I kept having to call back for updates on time of arrival. When the technician finally called me back I could tell he was frustrated as he was working on another issue and had to inform me a few times he crawled out from under a house just to speak with me. It was already 730pm and he was unable to provide a time - just that it would be really late. Asked if I wanted to reschedule to tomorrow I could.
I called the company back to cancel call as I was not going to spend another day stuck around the house just waiting for a call for which I will pay a lot of extra money for. Would recommend another company unless they only provided this kind of service to me. Sharon

I can not begin to tell you how great this company is. We had our whole air conditioning unit go bad and had been leaking water causing mold damage to the wall behind the air conditioning unit. We decided on Logan after researching eight other companies. The sales man was so honest and didn't try to push extras on us like tubing or humidifiers.
He said yours is fine just change filter. They were also second to lowest price, but had the highest quality heater and air conditioning unit. It was August and it was over 100 degrees out every day. We had the mold removed and had decided not to replace the wall because we didn't want to wait two more weeks to replace our air. The men who came out to put in our unit were so friendly and helpful.
It was a father son team. They offered to replace our drywall for us. We went out bought it and they put up the wall behind the unit. It didn't take them much time and they thought it was no big deal--but it was a big deal to us. This was beyond their job. It is rare to me such good kind people.

From start to finish the most professional company I have dealt with. The sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and patient. The evaluation of ours needs for both heating and air conditioning was evaluated to the utmost precision. The installers were outstanding they were considerate of our garden when installing the outside unit not to damage any landscape.

My 92 year old mother's furnace went out over the weekend. A senior sales executive came to the house immediately. He offered to bring space heaters if necessary. We discussed the situation of my mother being restricted to a few rooms and needing the heat immediately. They had three weeks of installations already scheduled. He moved my mother to the front of the line. They had the system implemented and working within a day. High quality products, high quality service and very Christian values.

Choosing Logan Services for my new furnace was one of the very best decisions I have made in the last few years. From the first encounter with customer service on the phone to the last visit by Chris to follow up & make sure everything was running smoothly it has been a fantastic journey! The sales team listened to my request, educated me further and gave me options to choose from.
I cannot even begin to say enough about Jeremiah who did the installation. He was incredible. He informed me of every step he was taking and encouraged me to ask questions. He was so respectful of my house & educated me even further about the furnace. He was dedicated to making the installation perfect. He cleaned up problems created by a horrible installation I had with another company that did the old furnace.
He was very precise & professional as well as kind & friendly. I wish Logan services did contracting work too because I know I can trust them in my house! I met with seven companies before deciding on Logan Services & they not only stood out in the quoting process but followed it up with stellar installation & service. The inspector who came from the county to inspect the work said he gets lots of jobs where Logan Services was the installer & they are always very good! When it comes time for my air conditioner to be replaced there won't be seven quotes, there will only be one & that is Logan Services!
I cannot even begin to say enough about Jeremiah who did the installation. He was incredible. He informed me of every step he was taking and encouraged me to ask questions. He was so respectful of my house & educated me even further about the furnace. He was dedicated to making the installation perfect. He cleaned up problems created by a horrible installation I had with another company that did the old furnace.
He was very precise & professional as well as kind & friendly. I wish Logan services did contracting work too because I know I can trust them in my house! I met with seven companies before deciding on Logan Services & they not only stood out in the quoting process but followed it up with stellar installation & service. I would strongly recommend them to everyone wanting quality work, excellent service & peace of mind.
The inspector who came from the county to inspect the work said he gets lots of jobs where Logan Services was the installer & they are always very good! When it comes time for my air conditioner to be replaced there won't be seven quotes, there will only be one & that is Logan Services!

We purchased our Trane heat pump and gas furnace in 2005 from Logan AC & Heat, replacing our home's original mechanicals from 1988. Installation was completed within one day and we required one follow-up call within the same week for a minor cosmetic repair in our finished basement. Our home's energy consumption (electricity and gas) was reduced by 50% in the first year. Since then, we have been completely satisfied with our energy efficient "dual-fuel" system and have always received timely, professional service from Logan AC & Heat.

If I could give this company no stars I would! Repair person Chris spoke with my renter when I requested him not to speak with my renter regarding the service call. Called Logan Services to conduct a service call on my A/C, per renter, the home was not cooling down. The first problem: Logan could not come to the home after 5pm even though their automated line (when you are on hold) states that service call hours are from 8am to 7pm Monday through Friday and 8a to 1pm on Saturdays, the only time Logan would come out to my property after 5pm is for an emergency call only.
So I looked passed that bad customer service. I purchased the A/C unit from Logan, so I wanted them to service it. When I scheduled my appointment I specifically asked that whomever comes to my property does not speak with my renter. I informed them that my husband will be on sight, I stressed the importance of not speaking to my renter, the person that I scheduled my appointment with assured me that no one would speak with my renter.
I was informed by my husband that Chris the person on the job told my renter that she should not turn the air below 68 degrees. I asked my husband if he spoke with her about anything else. He told me that he did not know because he was back and fourth to his car. I spoke to Chris, Chris stated that my renter asked him a question about turning down the A/C unit and he responded to her.
I asked Chris if he was informed not to speak to my renter about anything. I did not give Chris an opportunity to respond and I told him that I would file a complaint with his employer. I contacted my renter and informed her not to ask anyone that I contract with at my house any questions. She initially stated that she did not ask him any questions.
Then she said the only thing she asked Chris was if it was okay to turn down the air. I contacted Logan and spoke with Lynn and when I told her my problem with Chris speaking to my renter she said "oh no" then she said let me contact Chris. She called Chris and 20 minutes later she stated that she spoke with Chris and Chris said the renter popped her head out the door with my husband standing there and she asked Chris a question and Chris answered.
I asked Lynn why didn't Chris inform her to speak with the owner if my husband was standing there. Lynn did not have an answer. I told Lynn that my husband was not standing there, because Chris informed my husband what he said to the renter. I told Lynn that someone is lying, so Lynn said Chris is a great worker, so I informed her that if Chris spoke to my renter after I asked specifically for no one to speak with my renter than he is not a good worker and he does not follow directions, I said Chris lied to you. Lynn asked what I wanted, I told her that I want her to "eat" the cost for Chris, because I am an unhappy customer and I asked specially for no one from Logan to speak with my renter.
I told Lynn that since she believes Chris is a great worker, and I believe that husband is great husband and she said Chris had no reason to lie and I said husband had no reason to lie. I told Lynn that I know my renter is a liar because I have had problems with her in the past. I told Lynn to tell me how much it cost for Chris and she told me $611, I told Lynn I know how much I paid for the service.
I asked Lynn how much did I pay specially for Chris' labor she informed me $99 for the service charge, $465 for 8lbs of R-22 and $47 to repair the tubes. I informed Lynn that she can pay the $99 for Chris since he did not provide me the customer service that I requested which was "don't talk to my renter" and I told her I had no problem paying for everything else, and since Chris is such a great worker than she can pay for him because he was not a great worker to me.
She told me that her immediate supervisor is Sandy and she would have to speak with her about my request. Lynn also decided to tell me to calm down, when I am informed that a worker is a good worker and they provided me bad customer service by doing the one thing that I asked them NOT to do, I told her I was calm. Logan has provided bad service. Since Lynn told me to calm down the best thing that I can do is express my unhappy customer service to anyone that will listen, I placed this on FB, I filed a complaint with BBB and now Yelp. I am calming myself down as requested by Lynn thank you for the helpful suggestion!
