Hubby and I have had Jeff and Bud repairing our unit through the years and we were always well taken care of. So when it was time to replace our AC unit, we had them do it. You can't beat their prices, knowledge, and customer service. They did an outstanding job and we highly recommend them. They are honest, reliable and do a fantastic job! These guys are fantastic! They have serviced our AC units for 5 years now. They are honest as the day is long. They do great work at an extremely reasonable price. I called early in the morning and left a message. Jeff called me back and said he could get me worked in the same day. He came when he said he would and had my air conditioner fixed within 45 minutes. Jeff explained everything that he did and what was wrong with my air conditioner. He gave me some great advice about my air conditioner that I appreciate greatly. Jeff was recommended to me by my brother who had a air conditioner installed about ten years ago and my brother had nothing but wonderful things to say about him. Botched up a seemingly easy wiring job on my thermostat and Jeff came to the rescue. Turns out there was some sort of retrofit on my a/c blower and the wiring diagram didn't match up to what it was originally, after he did an inspection of the unit itself he easily got the A/C back up and running. Unfortunately I haven't had the good experience that others seem to have had. I just want maintenance on my air conditioner. I had to call multiple times on both occasions that I was able to get them to my house. This time they would not even schedule me but I was told he would call me back on a specific day 2 weeks out and of course as in the past he did not call. This time I decided not to chase him down and I will find someone more reliable

My ac gave out in the middle of the summer, and I was filled with dread imagining thousands of dollars in cost, as my unit was old. Jeff came out, and upon inspection, it turned out to be a wire that had burnt, with a total cost of $65.00 Needless to say, I was thrilled at the cost, and thrilled with Jeff's honest fix. My old unit needs to be replaced soon, and I will most certainly give my business to Jeff Lewis!

I had a new replacement unit installed on my house by Lewis & Sons on the 1st of May. The first thing I was most impressed about is that Jeff Lewis himself answered the phone and took my calls. After he gave me the price for my 3.5 ton 16 seer dual stage compressor rooftop heat pump with an ecobee Pro 5 thermostat and a sensor I was absolutely floored.

I called several companies including the big names like Parker and Sons and I just could not believe the savings I was going to get by using Lewis & Sons. I had even become skeptical about maybe she wasn't doing something that the other companies were not. So I called and asked the questions. NOPE! I was getting the exact same thing in regards to service being performed that the other companies were offering.

When it came time to have my unit installed I was floored again to find out that the man in the name of the company and the man who answered the phone was also the man who showed up to install my unit. Jeff was very professional and straightforward. There were no bells and whistles that he tried to chime in front of me. He told me he would give me a good price and he did.

He told me when he would show up to be there to install the unit and he was there. Even told me how long it would take to install the unit and actually did it faster. Replacing your air conditioner is a lot of money and if I had to do it again I would use Lewis and Sons again and I highly recommend anybody in the market for a new air conditioning give this company a call so that you can be awed just like I was. Btw, I have had that unit installed for a month-and-a-half now and I can literally keep my house 6 degrees cooler at 2 to $3 less a day and it works perfectly.

I have been using this company for the past couple years and enjoy the professionalism and fair pricing. This is a company who won't try to sell you unnecessary parts or repairs.

Had an AC problem right at the beginning of the summer. This was my first phone call because their address is local, Jeff came right over about an hour wait, I needed to get this done because my wife is working at home Jeff took care of the problem, and made sure everything was in good working condition good company good response time Very cordial personnel

We have used these guys multiple times. They are extremely honest and fair priced. Of course the air went down on one of the hottest says of the year. They were here within a couple hours and we were back up and running. They are the only guys I will call when I need service!

Jeff installed a new heat pump and new cooler on our house. He gives the best prices with best customer service. He has been servicing our AC units for many years. I highly recommend Lewis and Sons for all your heating and cooling needs.

I have been having issues for over a year with my smaller a/c unit. The company I had been dealing with had been out 5 times and continued to misdiagnose the unit's freon loss. I decided to contact Lewis & Sons because of their great reviews on google. Bud & Jeff came out the next morning & immediately said that my indoor a/c coil is leaking. After replacing the freon & injecting dye to verify their diagnosis, they came out with a blacklight & showed me the leak.

It was indeed the coil. They replaced the copper coil with a new aluminum one & gave me a very fair price. These guys are honest as the day is long. I would recommend Bud & Jeff to anyone looking to service their a/c unit. They are "old school" and complete their work in a fast, efficient, & professional manner. Great job Bud & Jeff! Jeff and Bud were prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. I hired them to do an annual checkup for my three AC units and they quickly identified and repaired some minor issues at a reasonable cost. Having one guy in the attic and the other checking out the outdoor units is more efficient and ultimately saves time for the customer. I've been looking for AC guys who are trustworthy people in addition to being skilled workers and I'm relieved to have found Lewis and Sons.

Jeff did a great job today at my Mesa home, showing up on time and was able to get my unit fixed for very reasonable cost to me, this company is not only reliable but also trustworthy. I reco them unconditionally and am enjoying my cool house tonight! Thank you again Jeff!

Jeff responded quickly and was able to fix my a/c. It is getting old so I requested a quote for when I replace it. He recommended waiting to replace it and his quote was much lower than the other quote I have from a different company. He gave me practical advice and my a/c is working great! Thanks Jeff!

Excellent service. Called them yest when my AC suddenly stopped working. They gave me some instructions on what to do to prevent it from getting worse and scheduled a time first thing this morning to come check it. Came on time and checked the system. The thermostat was not working. Offered to replace it with a good quality Honeywell product. I agreed and they immediately did the job. They're honest, quick, service is excellent and their prices are reasonable.

This is not the first time we've had them in. When we first moved into our house, the heat was not working and although we had someone else come over a few times and after checking the system said "it has to be replaced" for $7,000+! they however managed to fix it easily and we paid only 10% of that and never had a problem throughout the winter!

Originally we thought these guys were great when we needed repairs and a new HVAC system. Now, 3 years after they installed a new Bryant HVAC system in our rental house we are no longer happy with them. Seems like they sold us a crappy system that cost us over $5k and never even registered the product (this reduced our warranty from 10 years to 5 years). Earlier this year, we had an issue and Lewis & Sons replaced the fan or something (hard to believe we would have this kind of problem).

Yesterday we were notified that the system would not provide any heat. We ended up calling someone else to take a look, found that the fan coil has multiple leaks and needs to be replaced, even though the coil is being provided (under basic warranty), labor to replace the failed part and the required Freon will cost us $1500. So. they sold us a bad product they recommended; lesson learned, research the product being installed not just the installers. Bryant (Carrier) may not be the best choice.

Originally I had gotten my ac unit looked at by another company that was going to charge me an arm and a leg to "clean my inner and outer coils". I called Lewis and Sons for a second opinion and spoke with Bud. He was very knowledgeable and came and took a look at my unit. It turned out that my inner and outer coils did not need a cleaning! He even took a picture of my inside coils and invited me up in the attic to see.

They looked great! they did not need a cleaning at all! I was glad to get their second opinion. There were a few small repairs they did for me. They were efficient and moved quickly. I think they charged me fair for their time. When I needed them to come back a second time I spoke with Jeff. Having my little ones at home, he was kind enough to work me in the schedule that same day. They came, fixed my circuit breaker, and where done in about 15-20 minutes. All in all, they seem to provide honest, good work.

Another visit, another review. These guys are great. Had them come out to my father in law's house, really old unit, was afraid of being told would need a new one; they checked it out, it was a burned out wire and a contactor pole and installed a new circuit breaker and it's up and running again. Quick, efficient, consistent work. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest, quality fix.

Are you kidding me?! In my 21 years of adulthood, I've never come across an HVAC company so trustworthy. In the heat of summer, they came out to check on a unit that wasn't functioning properly. They diagnosed the problems in minutes, filled the warranty paperwork out then gave me the bad news. The replacement unit would take a few days to arrive. Here's where average companies become stellar. Lewis and Sons installed expedited the process, got us up and running with their own equipment while we waited on the new part. What! Totally blown away by their service. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

O.k. this is another review for the brothers at Lewis and Sons, as I have used them once again. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate that there are small companies and good people like this doing business in the valley. They do great work and give you a square deal, unlike too many of the other HVAC repair companies out there, especially the larger outfits whose commercials you see on TV.

Not naming names, but just think of any larger company whose commercials you've seen on TV, and then check out their Yelp reviews. Their reviews are abysmal, and rightly so because they have to gouge and rip off people to maintain their large marketing budgets. It's like a viscous cycle. Why can't they be honest and do a good job in the first place and then get business by referrals and word of mouth.like Lewis and Sons. O.k. enough ranting about the other large HVAC repair companies. Again, I'm just thankful that Lewis and Sons is doing business in the Valley. PLEASE SUPPORT THESE HONEST GUYS!

My 13 year old Upstairs heat pump died last week, so I lined up 4 estimates for a new one. The first 3, while very professional, all went to the Downstairs Air Handler and all commented that the tonnage was mis matched. Bud Lewis arrived and within 90 seconds of looking at the incorrect air handler quickly went to the Correct Upstairs unit and showed me the damage, and gave me a Very competitive bid.

And even came in on Saturday with Casey and replaced it with the new Carrier unit. Not only is Bud knowledgeable and excellent at his job, he is the type of person you would be proud to call your friend. Lewis and Sons will surely be the ones to replace the downstairs unit when it is time, Great Job.

Jeffery Lewis is AMAZING! I was told by another air conditioning company my compressor was dead and I needed an whole new unit. I called Lewis & Sons and Jeffery was there in 30 minutes! My compressor was fine, it was a fan motor! He promptly fixed it and saved me over $7000. This is one honest company and those are hard to find. Thanks Jeffery!

I called Lewis & Sons because my heat had been blowing fuses all winter, but I had just had some other company come in an replace the old fuse box. They identified that we had previously been told to use 50 watt fuses, but the system was pulling 60 watts and that was what was breaking down our HVAC. A small little thing, but they were professional and helpful and took the time to make sure the problem was fixed 1) correctly, and 2) the most cost-effective way possible.

Excellent service. Many years of experience. Honest. Fair prices. Family owned and operated. I was very happy.

I called Lewis & Sons to get a second opinion on some AC damage that my insurance company quoted me for. Jeff gave me all the information about the damage, the problems it could cause, the potential fixes, and what the insurance company was required to do for my claim. He spent a lot of time with me answering all my random questions. With this information, I was able to effectively argue and get the insurance company to send another guy out to look at my damage.

Because of this, they ended up changing their recommendation from "fan the coils" to "replace the coils." Since replacing old coils is a very expenive option and my AC was 15 yrs old, I opted to use the money towards a new AC. Since Jeff was so helpful, a few months later I called him back up to get a quote for my new AC. They came out to my house again to look at my setup in order to give me the most accurate quote.

None of the other companies bothered to do that, and therefore couldn't take into consideration my really small attic space. After finally deciding which one I wanted, again involving lots of random questions which Jeff answered very thoroughly, my AC was installed. Everyone at Lewis & Sons was very friendly, knowledgeable, and they always answered my calls and emails efficiently. In the end I believe I got the best value possible and I'm loving my new AC.

Wouldn't you know it.my a/c would die out on one of the hottest days of the year. I called around seeing if i could get someone out today because I have a 11 month old baby in my house and no a/c but no one would work with me. I got on the internet and found Lewis and sons and gave them a call. Luck me, they could come over in a couple hours! They were really friendly and really knowledgeable. I would suggest them to everyone!
