I highly recommend this company and their staff. When our AC went out I had called 3 places to get quotes. Of the 3 places H. J. Faust was the best all around. Lori came out and thoroughly went through all of our options. She was very friendly and professional. The day we had the unit installed Griffin and Colin where the techs that came to our home. These to young men were so courteous and professional it amazed me. If I owned a company I would want my employees to be just like them.

They have very professional employees. Lori was able to come to our home quickly to give us a quote for a new A/C. We were able to get an install appointment a week later, which is sooner than what we were expecting. Will and Colin removed our old unit and installed our new A/C. They were all friendly, professional and informative. We have also had Jake at our home to service our furnace and he has the same characteristics of the ones I already listed. Wonderful service! Our 28 year old furnace went out in the middle of the night Thursday, they were out here mid-day Friday and determined that the cost to see if it could be fixed (hey, 28 years old, remember) would likely be prohibitive, had an advisor out a half hour later, and a new furnace in the the next day. Jake as the original tech, Lori as the advisor, and Roman and Riley as the install team were all everything we could hope for!

On time, professional, took care to explain all options and ensure we were comfortable with our choices. We WILL be calling to replace the 28 year old AC unit this spring! (Don't blame us: we just moved here, and these came with the house!) March 2022 - well, they were so great the first time, we had them back again to replace our a/c and add a whole house humidifier. Chris P. and Griffin did a wonderful job for us, just as the previous crew did, and we are still extremely satisfied with this company and all of the service they have provided!

Chris P. installed a new central A/C unit. He was very professional and I received a reminder text the day before the install, and another text the morning of, letting me know who would be coming and at what time. He and his assistant were super efficient and Chris went over everything with me afterward. I really appreciated him taking the time to answer all of my questions. I am very satisfied with H.J. Faust and their employees and highly recommend them!

H. J. Faust was great and easy to work with. Tara provided me troubleshooting ideas to possibly determine the root of the cause of our A/C not working before sending someone out which was much appreciated. Many companies would just send someone and charge them even if it was a problem that could've been fixed by the owner. Everyone we encountered was very knowledgeable and provided us detailed answers to all of our question.

They were able to fit us in the next day since it was almost 90 degrees in our house. From the first phone call to the replacement of our A/C system, we couldn't have asked for better service. We will definitely be recommending this company and using them for future services.

Nick is awesome! He was very friendly, and was aware of our cat in the hose and not letting him outside. Eric was the salesman we spoke with and he was very knowledgeable and caught a huge error someone else, from a different respected company, had made which would have cost us thousands of dollars. Once that was complete, we agreed to an installation date for the new equipment. The Installers were friendly, prompt and very good about any concerns we had. Like the past times the service team was very professional, did a great job of checking the problem and looking for causes so they know the cure is fitting. December is NOT the time to have a furnace quit. They did their best to get us up and running as quickly as possible. Tonight will be much more comfortable.

Jeff did the maintenance on two furnaces and installed my nest thermostat. He walked me thru installing the correct app on my phone and programmed the nest, also explaining how I can use it. Well they came out to my rental property for a heater that wasn't blowing properly, said it was something like $75 to diagnose the issue. So everything started out great! Then when they were done they called me to let me know it was a spider web that was blocking the air duct from blowing properly. And that they cleared out the spider web and my total is $175 .

What a joke. I said thank you and paid it, but I will never call them for anything ever again. They could have simply let me know what the issue was, called and told me the cost to remove it and then ask if I wanted to proceed. Not cool H.J. Faust.

I had today installed a furnace and an AC. Jared and Griffin were extremely professional, had face mask and shoe covers and they did a very good job. They explained how the new filter has to be changed and they gave detail instructions on how to use the new thermostat works. I would recommend this company to all my friends. Thank you

We had just moved into our home and had no records of recent maintenance, so we decided to get everything serviced and checked. We're from out of the area, so I chose the company based on online reviews. Terra (the service manager) was very professional and friendly, she responded quickly and was able to get us an appointment within the week. She explained everything clearly and gave us a 2-hour arrival window for our service. Jeffrey (the technician) came out to the house right on time.

He was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He checked everything thoroughly and gave us some tips for our new (to us) system. He also explained clearly the invoice and the benefits of the annual maintenance program. We will certainly use this service again in the future.

HJ Faust is simply the best HVAC company in Our Area. Last summer our AC unit went out in the heat of July. HJ Faust sent Lori to our house to give us a price. She and Jeremy and all who helped with our New Lennox AC ( ours was 25 years old) and New Lennox Furnace ( which ours was over 20 years old) were very knowledgeable about every aspect. Including an Icomfort thermostat with an app!

Yes I'm old school didn't want to change my mercury thermostat. HJ Faust put their new construction projects on hold while getting our AC installed so we wouldn't melt 90 + degrees! They made us homeowners a priority. In 31 years of living in our beautiful home we've never had a contractor who went above and beyond. Thanks guys and ladies!
