Big shout out to my friends at Snellville Heating and Air they took such good care of us! Last month our a/c went out and the unit was the original from when the house was built in 05, so we knew what the inevitable outcome would be. Not only did they have Mark out here the same day to give us the bad news but we had a new system installed within just days.
These guys always take such good care of us at work, and they put a system in my grandparents house some years back, so they were my first call. And with this HEAT the last week we have really put this system to the test, and it has not disappointed! Not only have we stayed cool, but the $$ we saved on our power bill is crazy! Thank you guys again for everything!

Snellville Heating and Air company installed Motor in my AC unit last year in August 2021 and charged around $750 and said is one year warranty. Any issue with Motor and cooling your house call us back before August 2022 we will not charge at all. I called day before yesterday and told have issue with cooling my house same as last year. Once you replaced motor everything was OK, so please come back and inspect motor as i feel something wrong with motor.
Person name Jermey told me to come is $89, I said first come and see if problem is other then Motor then i will pay then he said no, no matter what he will charge $89. This company is only interested in Money and not warranty of parts what they installed it. A genuine company will ask and tell customer OK since you are under warranty we will stop by and check Motor first and if any issue related motor we will fix issue instead he told me that if i don't pay $89 then they will not come at all.
I told repeatedly that my house is not cooling properly, but he was interested only in inspection fee and not my warranty and not my concern. Fox be careful with this company if you install any parts as this people charge ridiculously and once warranty come they dis appear. I absolutely not recommended this company at all.

Had a shower stall replaced in the master bath. First they installed a cracked panel and replaced it, after the drywall had already been done. Kudos for doing that. Then they put in a new shower stall that, according to the installation instructions (Sterling Ensemble), should either have a felt pad or concrete placed underneath to create a solid base.
They did neither and as a result the shower floor creaks and cracks with every step - loudly enough to wake up people in the adjoining room and for people to hear on another floor of the house. Someone came out and looked at it and heard all the sounds it made and the response I got was 'Nothing we can do about it now. I'd say just learn to live with it, and then left.
Not happy with this response at all. Guys, if this had been an install you were doing at you mother's house, you wouldn't have left it this way. I'm sure you would have done it right and according to the installation recommendations.

I called late yesterday afternoon and scheduled an appointment for HVAC repair today. Ethan, the technician, arrived on time and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I know for a fact that my previous HVAC guy would have taken 2-3 hours on the same job. The pricing was very reasonable, and there was never any attempt to upsell me on anything. My unit is quite old, and I know it will need to be replaced within a year or so. Snellville Heating and Air will be my first call!

I had 2 different technicians come out to my house to install a new shower valve, faucet and shower head. It took 2 days for this to be installed. My home was left filthy, there were hand prints on my wall's, scuff marks on my floors and dirt everywhere. When the installer was done he told us that a couple of the pieces were missing from our box, so I had to have another tech come out.
He ended up having to order the part, job is still not finished. I will never use Snellville heating air and plumbing for my plumbing needs again. Very disappointed in the quality of the job! I was also way over charged for a shower faucets install.

New homeowner seeking or was seeking a plumbing inspection to ensure there weren't any future problems I should be aware of. After providing my address for the appointment and having an appointment on the calendar with the assistance working from Ginger, and Cayla I was pleased to know this task would be completed in the coming weeks. In addition for reimbursement for the plumbing inspection fee I requested documentation of payment was provided by SnellAir. Ginger shared the owner would gladly complete the inspection but may not be able to complete the documentation I needed.
Which was also fine long as I would have the invoice and inspection report. Fast forward my emails and calls were ignored, appointment cancelled and finally after getting in touch with SnellAir and speaking with Cayla she informed me that they no longer would like to service my home. Lost with confusion (being that I had an appointment) I then ask what areas does their team service.
She answered " We are doing business just not yours". The customer service and professionalism shown at this company is poor and substandard. Not the best route for new home owners seeking help, a warm welcoming feel, as you attempt to tackle all your house needs.

I would not recommend Snellville Heating and Air, we had a new A.C.unit installed in April, 2021 and that was a complete mess that they still have not recovered from. Since that time they've been out 4-5 times to "fix" the unit and it will still not cool the house. Every time they send a tech we get new information and just last week they had to replace a coil with a leak. I will say that I do appreciate the calls from David (Owner I think) but would prefer a unit that actually works and cools our home.

Our air conditioning upstairs and the hot water heater went out at the same time. I had several companies come out and give me quotes. They were cheaper than all the other companies and some wanted what I paid for both the air and water heater. They also did some duct work that needed to be done. They were professional and the owner even stopped by to see how they were doing.
Both the Air and Water heater are Rheem products. Which are consistently rated high! If I have any complaints it would be it took them 5 business days to get it on the schedule. Overall I highly recommend Snellville Heating and Air.

Service from this company is poor at best. Had new noises develop from a brand new unit Snellville installed. Called for warranty service. After days tech showed up, walked up to the unit, shook it, then with both hands banged on it. Then stated to me "yup, it's making noise". "gotta order a new part". Called several times on the status of the part. and surprize, surprize. no one has showed up to repair for the last two weeks. Here's a word to the wise, run. run away from this company as if your hair was on fire!

Eric and Randy were professional, punctual, and polite. They were able to resolve multiple issues and we were very satisfied with the work they did. They moved a pipe in our basement for other work we were having done and did several repairs and a faucet installation as well. We also had our dryer duct/vent cleaned which was a little challenge based on it's location.
Everything is working well and their price was more reasonable than the other estimate we had. All in all we are happy with the work done and would recommend Snellville heating, air, and plumbing based on the plumbing and duct work they did for us and their cheerful professional attitude. Even the office people I spoke to for scheduling were very nice.

Hands down this company you can trust. I had them replace my two older HVAC unit that were 17 yrs old. Starting from the estimator Mr. 'Joe Hanley' to the two installer that came to do the job and their quality assurance manager 'James Ford ' were nothing but had care and professionalism. They worked since 8 :30 am to almost 6 pm to make sure the job was done right and handled everything with care and finished ahead of schedule estimate time, the two installer that came were awesome.
I went through many HVAC company in LOGANVILLE GA and then finally decided to give Snellville Heating/Air/plumbing a try and I'm glad I did. Very happy with my installation. Highly recommend them.

Snellville Heating & Air has replaced my hot water heater, repaired my heating system, repaired water leaks & replaced all the water pipes in my house. They have responded quickly & professionally. They were always there when the said they would be & completed the work within the estimated time frame. Their office staff & on site techs, especially Jay, took time to explain what the issue was & what my options were. I would call them again without hesitation.

This company was recommended by a friend of my husband's. I called and they did come out promptly and it took awhile to correct the problem. Here is the problem they completely had no regard for my home. Like a bull in a china shop. They scratched my wood floors going into the bathroom and knocked a hunk of wood off my bathroom door and then they hit the side of my wood vanity and knocked the wood and paint off. That's ridiculous!
The worst part is that they needed to get to the clean out valve which was covered up by a shrub in my front yard which I'm not sure they even used. It totally destroyed the shrub. I think they could have did a better job of cutting back the branches. Now I have to pay money to get these things fixed. I won't ever use them again.

Today (4/22/19), Ethan responded to my Spring Maintenance check on our A/C unit and furnace in my crawlspace. Ethan, the service tech, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and courteous in the manner he went about his job. I have used Snellville Heating, Air & Plumbing on several occasions and all their people do a great job. A special thanks goes out to Ethan, he is a real asset to this company in my opinion!

Our entire HVAC system needed to be replaced and we were having a hard time finding a reliable, honest, reasonably-priced company to come out and fix it. We saw the billboard on 316 for Snellville Heating and Air and decided to give it a go. Joe came by about thirty minutes after the initial phone call, and you could tell right away this was a man who knew what he was doing.
He checked everything out and then, the first company to do so, sat down with us to go over everything in detail. He quoted us the best price we'd received and didn't once try to upsell us. He showed us all the certifications that their workers have which put our mind at ease. A week later (and only that long because we weren't home the other days) we had an entirely new HVAC system installed by two hardworking guys.
I will say the monthly financing price we got was not ideal for us. I'm not naive, but the whole reason we called in the first place was the monthly financing offer of $50 on the billboard. So that was a bit disappointing, but the overall cost was the lowest quote we'd received so we went with it. Plus, we have ten year warranty on the new system, and a year's servicing.
Not to mention the security of knowing we have an honest company working this for us. We really appreciated the service we received after almost two months of a broken HVAC system and companies trying to scam us. I recommend Snellville Heating and Air to anyone looking.

As an owner of multiple rental properties for 35 years, I've had numerous good and bad experiences throughout metro-Atlanta with electricians, plummers, etc. A business owner and friend of mine recommended Snellville Heating & Air. I can only speak for my own, first time experience with this company. It was one of the good ones. I've saved their number in my cell phone for the next time.

I don't know what happened to this company. I used them for 6 years with no issues. They've added plumbing and now duct cleaning, and the whole vibe has changed. I used a duct company that they recommended --before they started doing ducts--and it seems that company damaged a part of the duct work. My regular tech advised me to get the ductwork looked at, and the man that came out was not only rude, but also insisted that my system was crap and needed to be replaced.
He said the system, that my tech for 6 years said was great, looked like joe beer can installed it. He wanted me to replace all duct work, at $2800. Both he and the tech told me there was a piece of the duct that had fallen off, but neither bothered to even just set it back into place to avoid me pumping heat/air into the crawlspace. I'd recently tried their plumbing services, and when the two techs came out, one bad mouthed the other repeatedly.
I got a supervisor out, and ultimately he agreed to do some repairs, and also I got the duct cleaning company back out. I'd told the supervisor that I felt uncomfortable with the company, that it felt like the goal was to get money, and upsell rather than provide the great service I'd had for years. I told him about the team bad mouthing each other and that it felt like my tech this year had done something to my system.
In the course of this conversation, he made disparaging comments about the tech. That does nothing for my confidence. The end result, unfortunately, is that I have lost the trust I used to have for this company. It's sad, because I'd used them exclusively since I moved to this side of town. But there is no way I'd be comfortable having them in my house again.
I liked them so much I'd purchased a three year contract, and will probably have to eat the last bit of it. I don't know if the company has changed management, or is struggling in some way.but it now feels like a pushy company trying to get more $$ than the company I loved 6 years ago that provided excellent customer service.

Spoke with Olivia who kept me updated about my appointment status and even called prior to technician arriving. Bruce came out (on time & professional) and had to change a regulator on/off switch, freon was good and the air filter was changed as well. Excellent customer service and "service" (pun intended, lol). :O)

My upstairs unit was installed by Snellville Heating and Air three years ago when my home was being built. The unit was manufactured by Lennox and has a 5 year parts warranty. The unit had a piece that broke off that was under warranty and Snellville did not back up the warranty by Lennox and required a 263.00 labor cost to repair it along with a 78.00 initial service call.
When I called and spoke with Olivia she was extremely rude and offered a 50.00 break off of the 263.00. This is a family owned business that was not willing to stand behind what they sell and absorb the cost of the labor. If this had happened with a car the dealership always absorbs the labor. If I had any other choice I would not use them to service my unit. Unfortunately, they sold it, installed it and now does not stand behind it.
I unfortunately could never recommend this company. This is the first negative review that I have ever felt inclined to write so you can only imagine how I was treated. Their cost are exorbitant and are not comparable with other companies. Checked in with other companies and every one that I checked with provided a MINIMUM of 5 year parts and labor for their units they install. Run, don't walk, away from this company.

Switched to SnellAir after my former HVAC company went out of business. I've used them for 5 years now and recommend them highly. First off they came in and fixed many of the wiring issues caused by the former HVAC company free of charge as part of the annual maintenance contract I take out with them. Visits are routine, no upsells, prices for replacement filters and annual contract are extremely competitive and negotiable. Have been extremely pleased!

Note: I did not use Snellville Heating & Air for our repair. This review is based off of our price quotes. We called a few companies for price quotes and were shocked by Snellville's prices. I understand that they may have a long history and can justify the prices, but with the economy the way it is, there's no way we can use their services if another company can beat their prices by half.
They charge $78 just to come out and look at the issue. If they determine work needs to be done, the fee goes down to $39. But in addition to that fee, they still tack on labor charges. Freon costs $50 for the first pound and $45 for each additional pound. The company we went with charged half that amount and got the repair done within an hour. Maybe Snellville is the best in the business, but not worth double my money for the same service.
