This company is the best. Any time we call them, they are available to come on that same day. Always professional and honest. We had our condo AC unit finally die on us this summer and Mike got us a new unit installed the next day! So grateful and thankful for them. One of the hottest days of the summer on a Saturday and Jerryl came out to service our unit within 1/2 hour. Great service, professional approach and got us out of a bind. Would recommend again. 1st service provided excellent and honest service.

Last week Wesley came to our residence to provide a seasonal checkup and follow up on an existing issue. Prior to his arrival he explained that he had researched the issue with other technicians and brainstormed possible solutions. Upon arrival he was most pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to listen to my concern and went above and beyond to help resolve the issue.
He provides superior customer service and I applaud him and First Service! We have utilized their services for years and are most pleased with them. This is an outstanding company and if you need HVAC service, call them first!

Just had 1st service install a Goodman heat pump and variable speed air handler on Feb 4 2020. I am very pleased with the install and performance of the unit. Matt, JP, and Conner did the install. They were very professional, and left our home in perfect condition. After a week i checked our emergency heat, and discovered it was not working. I called 1st service, and Kirk showed up 2 hours later.
He found a loose wire in the connection box, and fixed it in a couple of minutes. He then checked the complete operation of the unit. He was a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciate that kind of service, and will recommend 1st service to all my friends. Also Mike who gave us the estimate was great to work with. Keep up the great work guys. Thanks again. 4/12/19 New AC System. Wow! We had an awesome experience with 1st Service. From the time we discussed our needs with our consultant Mike H to the completion of the installation with Matt, JP, and Connor, we are happy and satisfied customers. Mike was very professional and well prepared for our appointment. In terms we could understand, Mike took his time with us and was extremely knowledgeable as he explained the efficiency and design of each product.
He answered all our questions, offered options that fit our budget, and was timely in every aspect of our communication with him. We had obtained several estimates and knew that 1st Service was the best choice for our comfort. Thank you Mike! The professional installation team worked efficiently to complete the job to our satisfaction. They made sure, as the installation proceeded, that we were happy and we are!
Their expertise from the set up of the newly constructed stand for the heat pump, to the new wiring, the new supports for the new air handler, the new duct work, the new return vent, new thermostat location, and better condensation route-Amazing! The friendly team was respectful of our home, answered all questions about how the system works, kept us updated on their progress, and disposed of debris. It was truly our pleasure to meet everyone. I wasn't going to write a review after my first bad experience, and I gave them a second chance, which I got screwed on as well. Earlier this year my upstairs hvac wouldn't kick on the ac, so I called them, and strictly told them to only diagnose the upstairs hvac. I had to work the day that 1st Service could make it, so I had someone let them in to fix it.
They charged me a fee to diagnose the downstairs, which was fine, and a fee to diagnose the upstairs. It burned me up for a while, and I didn't complain. Well, my 3 year old unit I got from them had the fan on it die, which was under warranty, I called them, and told them the problem. They said it was under warranty and that they could send a guy out for a $75 install fee. I agreed, and now they have charged me $94, and $75 for the same thing. Ridiculous. Take your business elsewhere!

First Service definitely gets five stars from me! I called this week with a heating problem, they were very helpful in fitting the appointment in with my work schedule. Then, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, left to get a certain part and returned a few hours later and finished the job.just in time for our first chilly night. The bill was very fair and reasonable. This is the third time I have had First Service out for various problems and the third time I have been very well satisfied.

We had an excellent experience with 1st Service from start to finish and highly recommend them. They went above and beyond our expectations. In addition to listening to our wish list and installing an HVAC unit that met our needs, they rearranged our existing duct work to give us more room in our attack - and didn't charge us extra. They even changed a light bulb that we would have needed a ladder to get to.
They were able to fit us in quickly (we were without air). I felt they cared about our job when both the owner and the salesperson stopped in to check on the progress of the work. We are enjoying our new variable speed unit!

Thank you 1st Service for doing a great job. They just installed a new heat pump for us at the beach. Everything from scheduling to installation was perfect. The technicians where clean and polite. When they were finished it was as if they had never been there. Best experience with a home improvement job ever! Thanks again!

I want to praise 1st Service for coming to my rescue after an HVAC repairman removed an essential part from my air handler leaving it vulnerable to the elements, and never returned to complete the job. After waiting over two weeks for that person to return and lots of dodged phone calls, I contacted 1st Service for help. They promptly sent out a technician to diagnose the situation, ordered the part, and within two days my HVAC was repaired.
Both Alan and Teal the technicians who performed the diagnosis and repair were very profession, knowledgeable, and just really great guys. After hearing about my hardship, the owner gave me a discount on the repair. This is one classy company and I highly recommend them to everyone who wants a professional and honest company.
