I have really enjoyed dealing with this company. They have done it all for my husband and I from installation, maintenance and repairs. For the last few years they have maintained my HVAC systems and the same tech always come. Cleverton comes and does a fantastic job. He lets us know what is needed if anything and keeps us in the loop with the systems. Cleverton is an asset to the the company and an outstanding employee. Hats off to him. I highly recommend him. Cumberland Valley Heating & Airconditioning replaced my heat pump system. The work was performed in an utmost professional manner. The workers neatly installed the units and cleaned up after themselves. The new unit (a Trane) is super efficient and infinitely more quiet than the old unit. I actually had to walk over and look to see if it was running. Cumberland Valley Heating & Airconditioning has a top notch staff.

The sales person kept me informed at all times, and answered all the questions I had. I'm a difficult customer, and quite demanding. I looked, I promise, but could not find any faults. This company is a safe choice.

Jeff Short was very timely and friendly when he provided us with quotes for our different options. We chose Cumberland Valley over another company and we're glad we did. Ed Gregory and his crew were very professional and accommodating. They installed the complete system in 3 and a half days. The system is working great and we would highly recommend Cumberland Valley Heat and Air to anyone looking for a reputable company.

We needed a new heat pump and after painful experiences with our home warranty company, we reached out to Cumberland Valley and they were wonderful. Jeff was fantastic for quoting and knowledge. The installation was a breeze. Devon, Kyle, & Allen graciously completed the job in the midst of a snow/rain storm. They smiled the entire time, cleaned up after the job, and took the time to answer all questions.

Our money was well spent. Months later & the unit is running great. We used them in the past and will continue to come back. It's worth the extra dollars to have peace of mind.

On September 28, 2020, we had our oil furnace and air conditioning systems replaced with Trane units, and the duct work cleaned. The installation crew, Allen, Devin, and Tyler, arrived on time, and were very professional, polite, and treated our house as if it were their own. The duct work was cleaned by Jeff Holmes, and the AC unit was delivered by Chad, who then helped with anything that needed accomplished. Jeff and Chad were just as professional and polite as the install crew.

None of the crew hesitated to answer any questions that my husband and I asked them. Jeff Short, Cumberland Valley's Comfort Consultant, has been nothing but professional throughout the entire process, and is always a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend Cumberland Valley Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone looking to install new heating and/or AC systems, or needing maintenance on their current system.

Cumberland Valley was very professional, quick, and on time. However, the new heat pump runs so loud, we need to turn up the television every time it kicks on. We're told the output motor is already set as low as it goes. I guess we're stuck! Update to my review of a month ago. Cumberland Valley returned to my home and made a few adjustments to our ductwork and venting which improved our air flow immensely. I would recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs.

I had Cumberland Valley install a 20XLi heat pump and a XV95 furnace in 2011 on my main floor, which has been running flawlessly. I had Jeff come back in Dec. 2020 and install a 20XV heat pump and a TAM9 air handler on my second floor. Cody and Tyler did a excellent job with the installation. Very happy with everything, I would recommend you give Jeff a call if you are in need of any HVAC equipment or service.

We used Cumberland Valley Heating and Air and the entire process was a breeze. Our AC. Went out during the hottest part of summer. We called around and had other estimates but in the end you couldn't find anyone to touch the pricing with the discounts and 0% financing they offered. Jeff Short came to our house with in one day from our phone call and explained everything and showed us everything with the pamphlets that showed the models he recommended.

For once even if you do not know anything about about AC and Heating you were able to understand what you were getting and why he recommended it, which is hard to come by these days. The installers were on time and also very professional and polite. We like to keep our house clean and so did they. They always had on shoe coverings and there was never a mess or tools laying around during the job.

They installed two units at our home and to be honest you could not even tell they were there. No trace of them even working in our home. They left No mess and explained everything before they left about the thermostat and filter. This was by far the most easiest decision as a home owner to make by going with Cumberland Heating and Air conditioning.

Jeff from Cumberland Valley heating/AC came to my house and reviewed all my options for a new unit. I decided to go with a heat pump/AC unit. I previously had only an AC unit and it was 24 years old. He gave me a price and went over financing and I knew what my payment would be before he left. He emailed me a few days later and told me the installers could be there next week and it would take two days to complete the job.

I needed additional air vents installed in the kitchen and bath. The installers made the cuts they needed, ran the new duct work for the new vents. The installers came to the house and did everything in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and had all the paperwork on the table for me when I got home from work. They left my house just as they found, clean.
