We rented a Soft Serve Ice cream machine for our sons graduation party for Mark IV. There were very friendly and accommodating. They were by far the cheapest around IN and OH. I rented it over a holiday weekend and they only charged me for one day rental when others wanted to charge 4 day rental. Would definitely recommend!

These guys are GREAT. Tim spent a lot of time to find the best system for my home that would increase my comfort level and save me money on my energy bills. Jason showed up on time and did a nice clean install on my new Trane furnace and Ac unit. He even fixed an issue he spotted with my water heater at no charge! Jennifer and Amanda did a great job with communication and scheduling. All and All a great experience!

The servicemen were clean, intelligent and quiet. I work from home and I could work with no loud noises or talking in the background. The people in the office were helpful and I had my AC replaced within a week. I will come back here in the future. I would reccomend them to everyone. Service: A/C system repair

April 21st 2022 This is an amendment to my original review in March. I contacted the owner directly via email, along with the Google Review I wrote in March. He was timely in responding to my concern and we connected via phone call. He explained to me why the billing was what it was. I explained to him what my expectations and perceptions were, based on prior service I received from them.
We had a really long conversation and I felt he was earnest and willing to listen to me and willing to remedy the situation. He made an adjustment to the billing. Based on his professionalism and willingness to listen to my concerns and also explaining some of the ins and outs of the HVAC business, I am changing my 1 star review to a 4 star review. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ MarkIV Installed the HVAC unit for my business in 2017.
It's a commercial unit and apparently there are two units that are located on the roof. MarkIV services the unit in 2019. I was charged $179.90 for the service. Today, March 2022, they provided the same service and charged me $812.yep.$812. I wasn't present when they presented the bill and my desk manager paid with my credit card. Upon receiving the email with the invoice later today, I am shocked to see the amount since I was anticipating something in the neighborhood of $200.
I called MarkIV for an explanation. The person answering the phone said they'd investigate and assured me someone would call me later today. Jennifer called me and explained that she noticed that I was overcharged ( I was charged twice for the first hour, 2 x $130) and apparently shouldn't have been and she would credit back $300 and only bill me $512.50 instead of $812.50 I explained to her that I paid $179.90 in 2019 for the same service.
The per hour charge even was bigger in 2017 @$89.90. teh 2022 per hour fee is $85. She said I must have been charged wrong and that the invoice stands at $512.50. Wow! There were two technicians and each charged $85 per hour times 3 hours.so 6 times $85. Does that sound right? I am just so shocked.

The Technician convinced me that some parts of my system could be repaired but their age was not in favor of long term restoration. He gave me plenty of options and price benefit guidelines to help with decision making. My HVAC System was both repaired and upgraded very expertly. The job was quite professionally performed. I am impressed by the job the technician did, and completely satisfied.

SCENARIO: HVAC heat pump was frosting over PROS: Mark IV was professional and scheduled a next-day diagnostic visit for $99. Kyle quickly diagnosed that we had a bad thermostat sensor which was causing the frost. CONS: Once diagnosis was performed, I was quoted an additional $430 to repair the thermostat sensor - so, $530 total for the diagnosis and repair.
They would have to order the part and come back a few days later to install. SUMMARY: The quote seemed high so I did some basic research. I was able to buy a $30 brand-name thermostat sensor for my specific unit from a local shop 5 minutes down the road. I was able to replace the part in less than 15 minutes and the unit is working correctly now. The diagnosis was well worth the $99 - I don't mind paying a professional for their expertise! BUT, I can't believe I was quoted an additional $430 (plus several days for shipping) for a solution I was able to complete on my own in under an hour for $30. (For reference, I have no previous HVAC mechanical experience or special tools.)

I personally know Jason who is a top-notch technician at Mark IV. I have referred several acquaintances to this company who have needed the services they offer. All of them have been completely satisfied with their work. I have seen first hand how professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest this company is. They care about their customers and take pride in the work they perform by always trying to find a solution to the problem to the best of their ability!
They recently had a public Halloween event catered with treats, apple cider slushees and ice cream. I took my 10 year old son dressed up in a costume, and he had a blast! Their involvement in the community proves this company isn't just in business to make a profit. They give back as well!
