Cooper Heating & Cooling was fantastic to work with. Our heat went out overnight and they were able to send someone out that day. Eric came within the scheduled window of time and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to troubleshoot everything going on and problem solve quickly to get our heat back up and running. He also explained everything to us clearly and suggested next steps. We highly recommend Cooper Heating & Cooler and Eric!

We have had our Lenox furnace/AC/humidifier for a couple of years now. Great product, we would highly recommend. From a service standpoint, excellent support by Cooper heating and cooling. We were having trouble maintaining Humidity in the house. Cole Cooper for an inspection. Eric was our service rep from Cooper heating and cooling. I use Copper Heating and Cooling for my ac and furnace but had an electric issue I needed help with. I remembered they also do electric services. They scheduled me within the same week and sent Paul over. He really knows his stuff! He replaced all our hard wired smoke detectors and installed a new outlet in our kitchen. He was fast and efficient. He knew how to install things cleanly and to code. He was very friendly too! We have future electric needs and I will be asking for Paul again!

Highly recommend Cooper to anyone looking to get a quote about anything HVAC related. We originally were put in contact with Cooper via Costco as they have partnered with them for the installation of Lennox products. Thus when they sent someone out to look at our space and give us an estimate, originally they focused mostly on Lennox products so we could be able to get the 10% Costco card with our purchase.

After talking about options though, my wife and I decided we were more interested in heat pumps, specifically a model that has an inverter. Cooper did a fantastic job listening to all our requests and supplying us with as much information as possible to make the decision (shout out to Mick for being helpful and attentive). By the time we decided, I believe we were sent five or six estimates for different models.

Better yet, this was all done very timely. Having that information in hand made our decision making much easier and we were able to pick the product that best suited our needs. After picking, installation was scheduled for a couple weeks out, which was great! The turnaround time between selecting and installation was one of the shortest I've ever experienced for a home project. (It's possible we just got lucky or it's not a busy season yet, but no complaints here!) The day of installation the Cooper team came out and did a fantastic job.

Our main installer, Jessie Duran, was fantastic. Super professional, kind, took the time to answer all of our ridiculous questions, and helped make sure we felt comfortable with the work they did. At the end of the day he walked us through our new thermostat to make sure we would know how to make any adjustments or changes. And I'm pretty sure they left the space they worked in cleaner than when the day started!

We've only had our system for less than a day, and I'll update this review if anything changes regarding our experience with either the system or Cooper, but as of now I highly recommend this team! (And if anyone is considering a heat pump, based on my very limited experience so far I'd say: do it! Definitely recommend a model that uses inverter technology (variable speed is a game changer).

I know that the common line you'll hear now is how electric is more expensive than gas in our area, but (a) who knows how long that will be the case, (b) here in Colorado there's a good chance solar panels would make sense which would severely drop (if not eliminate) the cost of running the heat pump, and (c) you can always opt for a dual fuel system (heat pump + furnace) if you're concerned.

We went with the Daikin Fit for our home and I'm loving how comfortable our space is and how quiet it operates compared to our old system. Just make sure if you're looking into a new HVAC system you also take the time to make sure your insulation is adequate! A good HVAC system is only as good as the insulation your house has for keeping those temperatures stable!)

I interviewed 6 HVAC companies to replace our furnace and add an AC system. Cooper was the most responsive and reasonably priced option by a wide margin. Our Project Manager Josh gave me multiple system solutions and patiently answered all my questions. The install crew (Ivan, Derrick, and Mike) were on time each day, and committed to getting everything installed into our quirky 80s track home optimally. They were clean, respectful, and very professional. After it's all now said and done, I'm glad I hired Cooper.

I contacted Cooper Heating & Cooling to have my annual furnace maintenance done--this is the third year of service from Cooper and I remain completely satisfied with the work/attitude/performance. Barrington, the service representative/technician for Cooper Heating & Cooling, coordinated with me concerning his projected arrival time at my house and was precisely on time!

He had all required equipment and parts, went to work immediately and quickly identified a blockage in the whole house humidifier. He cleared the blockage quickly, went over the entire furnace--electronics, ducts and burners, cleaned everything and installed new furnace filter, and then updated the maintenance reminders in the computer system supporting the furnace. Thanks very much for the professional service and great attitude!

I scheduled a quote for a replacement furnace and Air Conditioning system install through Costco. Curt was responsive and in tune with our needs for our home comfort system. He did not try to over sell me and did not use high pressure to close the deal. I had to hold off for about 6 months from my quote, but when we were ready Curt sent a new quote and let us know that we could be scheduled within 2 weeks.

The weather took a turn for the worst with freezing temperatures and I thought the job might be rescheduled last minute. I was relieved and assured I picked the right company when the Cooper team showed up on time and ready to complete the work! Dylan and Tyler were very courteous and professional. They explained the process from start to finish, including the electrical work that was needed. Brett the electrician was also very professional and explained his process and work he would be performing.

They completed the furnace and AC in one day. They left my home clean and used boot covers and drop clothes all the way through the work area. I am very satisfied with the service provided and would recommend Cooper Heating and cooling, if you are looking for an HVAC company!

If you are looking for an HVAC or plumbing contractor, I recommend Cooper Heating & Cooling and specifically Brendan Dugan. Cooper came out and did a complete site inspection and explained all of our options. Brendan then provided a comprehensive proposal and scheduled installation within a week. They installed the system professionally and it looks and works great. Brendan left our basement cleaner than when he arrived.

We were billed the exact amount quoted and they took care of getting our Xcel rebate. I manage HOAs all over the Denver metro area and finding quality contractors that have reasonable response time is getting almost impossible. Cooper provides exceptional service to residential homeowners and provides those services at contractor pricing. Cooper and Brendan are awesome. Please see a photo of the installation below. I was so impressed with Alejandro, He recently came to inspect our heater, filters and humidifier. As well as so much more. Alejandro went above and beyond to answer all questions and explain everything. He did it in a way that was understandable and very professional. When he came back to repair the small items, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly.

I found him to be very thorough as well as pleasant to work with. I felt very comfortable having him in the house and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing quality and professional work done.

The Cooper technician was very polite, knowledgeable and made the repair quickly. It took him about 15 minutes and I wish it could have been done a few weeks ago. The HVAC system we bought seems to require frequent repairs which is frustrating since it was so expensive. Anyway when the technicians come out they are always professional and friendly and repair the problem.

The entire Cooper team is excellent. One of the best experiences with any contractor that I can remember in a long time. Terry was quick and professional in his assessment, and was in touch all the way up to install of furnaces and a/c. Then the tech team led by Ricardo and Lewis were just top notch. Super nice guys and just worked away nonstop. The electrical tech arrived as needed and also the coolant tech along with him. Gracious, prompt and efficient. Absolutely five stars all the way around. We are thrilled with our new furnaces and air conditioning units from Lennox. Costco has found a great partner.
