The last time we had our furnace inspected we used another company. The technician was training a replacement because he was leaving the company. But the other guy didn't seem interested in learning anything. So we opted to try another HVAC company. Our neighbor used Indoor Air Quality and recommended them. Joe, the owner, came to inspect our furnace. I've done technical diagnostics and repairs on sophisticated machines for decades and I've always been in customer service jobs. Joe impressed me with the way he diagnosed the furnace and the meters he used to ensure he wasn't just guessing at the performance of the unit.

He was also very professional, yet pleasant and took the time to answer any questions I had. Seeing how he performed earned my trust and I'm looking forward to him returning in the Spring to check our air conditioning unit.

Had water damage due to a frozen pipe from the upstairs unit and it flooded our furnace. Called Pat and he was able to come out same day, inspect and repair the furnace. He also quoted a replacement furnace due to the amount of water damage and the price was very reasonable. Very happy with the service provided. Will absolutely recommend and use these guys again. The prior owner of this house left a letter and strongly recommended IAQ and Joe specifically. Let's just say I am very happy that I called them. I was trying to see if I could get a damper installed to create a second zone for the basement to regulate the temperature better. While Joe broke my heart with the truth about what it would take to do that work, he gave me a couple of simple things to try and they worked.

He didn't charge for the visit. I tried to give him something for his trip and time and he wouldn't take it. His statement to me "I have been in business for this long because of something simple and that's treating people like I want to be treated." I would recommend IAQ and they are my HVAC vendor of choice. Joe will be back out in the May/a June timeframe to either service or replace the AC unit. I highly recommend them!

As always, IAQ did a great job on our AC service. Even more, around the same time, my mom's AC stopped working and a different company was telling her she needed to buy a new AC to the tune of $3k. I told her to call IAQ for a second opinion. They came out, turned on a valve, and for a service fee her AC was fixed. These guys are great and trustworthy.

So grateful we found these guys. Very reasonable pricing and professional. IAQ replaced our furnace and our AC unit and did it in a timely manner and didn't gouge us like a few others tried to do. Once again we're just blown away with IAQ and their great service. Pat just left and he's such a nice guy that I felt compelled to run upstairs and update my earlier review. I highly recommend these guys - they are knowledgeable, fast and friendly and reasonably priced.

My air conditioner was not working on Sunday so I sent a message to IAQ. They replied within a half hour and we set an appointment for Monday afternoon. I was afraid a new air conditioner would be necessary and expensive They came at the specified time and fixed unit within 45 minutes and the price was very reasonable. Indoor Air Quality is the best of the best. We over-heard someone on the train to Glenwood Springs many Thanksgivings ago. At the time, we were struggling with a 2 year mysterious furnace problem - it would work some times but not always. We had oodles of furnace repair guys out and spent so much money. No one could figure out the problem. That is, until we called Indoor Air Quality. Joe Collida is our furnace hero - he didn't give up and didn't charge us extra for all the time he spent in figuring out the problem.

We now have Joe come out every year near to service our Rheem furnace. Yesterday, he spent time in our very small crawl space adding a connection so we could heat our back room. Thank you, Joe! The world would be a better place if there were more honest, hard-working and kind people like Joe at Indoor Air Quality.

Yes, this is my second review of IAQ in a few weeks, but I, AGAIN, had a fabulous experience with them. I have a small rental condo and my tenant contacted me on a Thursday night to state that he didn't have any heat. The weather was predicted to be cold for the weekend, so I wanted to get the furnace serviced as soon as possible. Called IAQ and made an appointment for Saturday morning. Joe was there, early, and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. My tenant was pleased, I was pleased. It is such a great pleasure to work with a firm of such talent and integrity. They just don't get any better than this!
