Five Star Mechanical

I was driving down Pacific Highway in Tacoma this morning and the van with the license plate pictured in the Yelp pictures pulled into a suicide lane, sped down it, almost hit a stopped vehicle going the other way down the suicide lane, and then almost collided with two vehicles as it attempted to merge back into traffic heading into downtown Tacoma. The driver was absolutely reckless and almost collided with three vehicles. Way to represent your company!

They may know ho to do mechanical but they sure don't know how to drive. No turn signal, brake checking other drivers, maybe the man didn't realize he's driving a company truck with a phone number on the back. Would never do business with such a business.

Absolutely, hands down, the best refrigeration repair company all around!.I had an issue with a beverage cooler right during the holidays and knew it was touch and go with the cooling of the unit. I called 5 Star and Austin was super friendly and helpful on the phone and totally fit me in to the schedule. It turned out that the driver who was going to come was going to get into overtime and extra holiday hours so he called to let me know and I decided to wait a little longer. 5 Star immediately sent someone right directly after the holiday. OSCAR!.and he was SO efficient, knowledgeable, helpful. UNBELIEVABLE!

I have never encountered a better well run repair company.ever!.Oscar fixed the cooler which is running like a charm now and even helped me remove some refrigeration light bulbs which were giving me trouble!.Thank you 5 Star for making my holiday a bunch LESS STRESSFUL!.and performing such a super job!.I will be using them in the future(HOPEFULLY NOT!) but you never know!.if any other problems with my appliances occurs!

As a landlord and real estate investor it's great to find a dependable contractor. 5 Star Mechanical was despatched as HVAC repair from my home warranty company. They were professional, very responsive and understanding of my needs. They were able to work with the warranty company to get the parts expedited needed to repair my furnace the next day. I'll use 5 Star Mechanical again for service and repair of my personal and investment properties.

Excellent customer service and quality! Our office has used the same company for years and when they stopped doing commercial buildings we were referred to another company who had shady business policies. Instead we called 5 star Mechanical and I am so impressed with their level of customer service, from the receptionist who answered the phone to the service tech who came and reprogrammed and thoroughly texted out heating system.
