I cannot say enough great things about this company! They are honest, extremely responsive, and offer excellent solutions when other companies say something cannot be done. As a commercial property manager for multiple companies and commercial property owner it saves so much headache being able to call Tim or Jason and know they are going to handle a problem A to Z.

No chasing them, or calling them for updates, or wondering if they've ordered part, or when they will be back to make the repair--they keep you informed and in the loop every step of the way. On two properties we were told by three different ac companies the entire units needed to be completely replaced and there was no fixing the current units (3 units total with one unit being a 15 ton unit.) I was then refereed to this company and Tim and Jason got the 15 ton unit fixed the exact same day after the unit had been down for weeks with four total other ac companies looking at the unit and not being able to fix the unit and three of those companies saying we would have to replace the entire unit which would have been a $18,000 purchase for the unit not including any labor.

Two other two units were diagnosed within an hour of us calling Tim and Jason, the parts were ordered the day we called, and the units fixed within 3 days of us calling as soon as the parts arrived. All of the units are working exceptionally well with no problems! They could have very easily told me all three units needed to be completely replaced and sold me three new units but they did not because they are an honest company.

They found the problem quickly and fixed it quickly all while saving us and our Tenants a lot of money. Want a no hassle professional company that will save you time and money? Then this is your go to company!

I have been using C & I for 20 years and could not be more pleased. They have performed maintenance, repairs and installation of new HVAC systems for us. They are very responsive and show up when they say they will. They have always handled our problems and we have had no issues with any of the work they have done. The technicians are thorough and explain their work once performed. A+ company and service!

C&I provides HVAC services for H&M Holdings in Frankfort KY. They respond quickly to repair and maintenance requests for both our multi-family units and our commercial properties. We are pleased with the quality of their work and they provide good solutions as some of our buildings and equipment are old and at the end of life.

I've known Tim and his Dad Ken since the early 90's when I was a Mechanical Supervisor for the Fayette County School System. C&I was the contract HVAC contractor at the time. Ken came to my office one summer to show me a valve that one of his technicians had mis-plumbed that had caused a loss of much of the refrigerant in a large chiller that he had been working on. Ken informed me that he had corrected the problem and replaced the lost refrigerant at no cost to the School System.

I thanked Ken for his honesty and told him that I didn't think that I had a single contractor that would have told me the truth about this situation. When I subsequently relocated to Wild Turkey Distillery, I used C&I for all of my HVAC repair and installation that was too large for my crew to attend to. They have always been quick to respond to my calls, and have always performed quality work at a reasonable rate. I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely no more trustworthy HVAC company in Central Ky. Tim and his crews are reliable, competent, and competitively priced while not cutting corners.
