We have been fortunate over the years to have Mike doing our maintenance on our previous Lenox system and he helped plan on what we needed when the former system gave out. About 10 years ago I had them put dampeners in my air ducts so that I could regulate the air in different zones in my house. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that they weren't working anymore. I called Stith and someone came out the next day and confirmed that one of them was no longer working. He said that he would need to order another one. That was over a week ago, and have not heard anything since.
I called last Friday and left a voice message. Never heard back. Tuesday I called and spoke to the receptionist. She said that either she or the guy that came out would get back with me. Nope. Yesterday I sent an email.
Nothing.
Customer service is Zilch here.

Absolutely awful. I had to work, so my wife was taking care of this. Did very little work before recommending a new unit. After explaining we weren't looking for a new unit and wanted the part numbers/quote to fix it, they just wrapped up their things and left, leaving no quote and stating that it would be Monday(4 days later) before I could just get NUMBERS.
That's absolutely ridiculous. What a huge joke. I wasn't asking for a miracle to have it done in minutes, but I do expect pricing to be done in a timely manner so I can make my informed decisions, not be left without ventilation for 4 days. I've taken my business elsewhere, this was my first and last time calling this company. UPDATE: I called another company out to repair this unit.
It was a capacitor. that's it. I have cooling now. Want a company that will treat you right? Moody Heating and Air did good, honest work for me, and even waived the labor fees after the story I told them. Avoid Bob Stith as much as possible.

Great service. Have had Bob Stith do two furnaces and air conditioners at 2 different houses. Made recommendations, corrected duct work that a previous HVAC company had made. His recommendations made a difference in our heating and AC. Always on time, professional and great to work with. We highly recommend Bob Stith.
