I used to be able to get service when needed, since I have a maintenance contract. I do not advise using them anymore, will have to find a new service company that still believes in customer service! Consultant Matthew Gibson came to our house about one month ago to bid a new heat pump system. My wife and I thought he was very competent in his assessment of the problem we were having. We found his bid to be toward the middle of other bids that we received. We elected to go with an American Standard heat pump based on Matt's recommendation. It took about a week to get the product ordered and then installed. Brian and Garry from GTS did the install in one day.

They were very careful about damage and cleanup. They explained the new thermostat adequately as well as the unit operation in general. It's only one month old but so far these guys have done a good job for us. The heat pump, a 2 speed, is functioning well with no problems. We believe we got good advice from Matt Gibson and he did follow up during and after the install to make sure everything was going well. Thanks for everything.

Had a new HVAC system installed by GTS. Can't say enough about the professionalism from start to finish. Obviously very well trained installation crew. Representative Matthew, who came to my home and completely explained the entire process from start to finish also answered my questions in detail. Due to the cold weather, we developed a leak and the City came out and turned our water off, telling me I would need a plumber for the repairs. I called Paschal, and Brian came to our house Saturday morning. He was efficient, explaining all the scenarios that could have caused the leak. Brian located the source of the leak, which was a broken fitting.

He repaired it quickly and correctly. Brian was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. From now on, Paschal is my go-to company for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. I have confidence in Paschal and their employees!

I woke up to 54 degrees in my house on a day where the temperature didn't get above freezing. The earliest appt they had available was the next day but they worked to fit me in that day. The tech worked late to make sure I had heat on a night that was supposed to be down in the 20s. Such great service. Service: Repair heating system

Travis was incredible. He actually gave told me what my issue was, but In a way I could understand - not "wire B needs support from wire R" kind of thing. He was here when he said he would be and tidied up before he left. Thank gawd I had a service agreement with Paschal, cause that saved me some, but I've never had a bad experience with them. In fact, my place of employment uses them and that's where I got my recommendation for my house. I already recommend them for A/C service and repair, but now it'll be for HVAC as well.

Well pleased with the tech that come out! I had the unit installed by another company that I deeply regret but the tech that come out has a wealth of knowledge. I will be using GTS again. I would like a phone call to discuss something's that was discussed when the appointment was made.

I have to give kudos and many compliments to GTS Heating and Air. Second time I've used them and let me tell you they are the best! Anthony who had serviced my natural gas heater last year certainly knows exactly what he is doing and is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in heating elements, parts, furnaces the whole 9 yards! Specifically requested him again to come out which he did.

Yes folks repairing a non-serviceable heater gets pricey but GTS knows how to fix it and they fix it right! Just in time for the really low temps. So happy to have called them. I highly recommend them. They are the best Heat & Air Services in Hot Springs and surrounding areas.

The inspection for heating maintenance of our new Heat/Ac was thorough and reassuring that everything is functioning properly as winter weather is now upon us. Our technician Luis Perez was knowledgeable and informative. He was very friendly and willing to answer any questions and explain each procedure as he performed the inspection. We have been very pleased with Paschal's product and all of their representatives.

I had two technicians come out within a four day span. Both were super professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. They wore a face mask and covers on their shoes. The first tech inspected the unit found a possible problem and told me it would probably act up again very soon and it did. Was hoping he was wrong, but unfortunately he wasn't. The second tech came out and found the exact same problem so I said fix it. Both techs were quick to respond and quick to fix problem. Super happy with this company. They definitely show that they are the leaders of their industry.

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the quality of the service we have received from GTS Heat and Air. They are always so responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Tyler was our technician today and he was exceptional. The quality of their work is outstanding and their fees are very competitive. We have an annual service contract with them to keep our geothermal system in top operating condition. I highly recommend GTS.

I use their maintenance program now after they did a repair for us last January. I am very satisfied. Last time we had Tyler, who is awesome! Recently had to have a unit replaced so I thought. We had a 2000 yr ac unit that was served regularly that stopped cooling and was told that it needed to be replaced. So, we replaced the unit with a new one and it didn't work at all. Come to find out there was a leak somewhere in the line that was never tested prior to the new installation. Once that was determined now the fix.

The pictures below are of the unapproved makeshift fix that they came up with, without approval. If after replacing a unit with a new and that doesn't work, therefore the previous cooling unit was fine and it just needed a new service line which I'd imagine would have cost way less than 6K. Now we're stuck with this obscene makeshift gutter and a hefty bill.

It's really sad the extend a company would go to get over on a customer. Should you need your ac serviced, checked, a new installation; I'd definitely choose a company that will handle it the right way and this one isn't it.

As usual, 'Top Notch' service call today. I can't say anything bad about any GTS crew or the business. I have been blessed in so many ways with regards to GTS. I've been a customer for many years and each technician you have sent to my home over the years have all been amazing. Today, I do want to especially shout out Tyler for going that extra step as I can only compare him to what I've seen from others in the past (again, each one have been wonderful) but the level of attention to details, professional demeanor and genuine care for me the customer just was beaming today!

We arrived for the holiday weekend only to find our A/C was not working. The thought of turning around to drive back home was not appealing at 6:30 pm. We called the after hours number and Corey called back with an estimated arrival time. He arrived with a positive attitude and was very nice at 7:20 pm when I'm sure he would rather be home. Based on our conversation and his knowledge, he already had a good idea of what the issue could be. He repaired it and we have A/C! Corey's display of customer service and professionalism was outstanding. We are very pleased!

GTS scheduled a Tech and Dustin showed up when they said they would, which I found to be refreshing. So far that has not been my experience with professional contractors or subcontractors in Hot Springs Arkansas. I moved from the Dallas area and you would not survive in business with the attitude I've experienced in my two years of living in Hot Springs.

So great job GTS. The rest of the construction and service industry should take note and learn that showing up, doing quality work gets you referrals and return business. In my option the key to staying in business.

We bought a new American Standard unit from GTS to replace an old unit. Dustin and the other technicians were on-time and courteous and professional. They also added a second return intake. Thank you GTS. We have done business with you for approximately eight years. I have been amazed at how polite and professional the servicemen are when they come in my house. They tell us what they are doing and if there will be a cost before they start, and also clean up after they are through. When the men came to my home, they were vary pofessional. they told me what they were going to do and the cost befor they started. when they we finished Alber and Mike did an exceptional job cleaning up after themselves. every thing is working much better.
