Needed to install kitchen faucet. The person who came out, I suspect, had Parkinson's as his hands shook terribly. Therefore it took a long time to install because of his disability. He also had numbers written on his wrist in purple ink which got all over my painted kitchen cabinet in front of sink. Only way to remove was a Mr. Clean magic eraser, which it say's don't use on painted wood, but nothing else worked.

I left the room and more ink was on my cabinet when I returned. Then I noticed the purple numbers on his wrist. No apology, nothing. He just said I'll remove it from my wrist. Again I had to remove it from my cabinet. He was totally disinterested in his job, as he kept yawning. He was packing up ready to leave and I asked if he was going to caulk around faucet and air gap.he said not needed. Well, he left and the faucet leaked as I suspected it would.

Another guy came out next day and caulked. Obviously the first guy didn't caulk because it would be impossible for him to with his hands shaking so badly. I left a message for the owner.never got a call back. I think I deserve a discount so maybe that's why I haven't heard back.

Technician arrived on time. Introduced himself and set to work. He confirmed my diagnosis and reviewed the replacement faucet I had purchased. He did try to upsell me on garbage disposal replacement and water shutoff valve replacement, but not a hard sell. He ended up just replacing the faucet as I had requested. He knew his plumbing steps. He did a good job and explained the features of my new electronic faucet and battery replacement. He cleaned up and left everything in order. The faucet is working well and no more drip!

I am very satisfied with the job Tech Chrisc performed on fixing and repairing my bathroom toilet tank. He replaced whatever parts are necessary including tank bolts that was broken off that caused the leak under the tank. My bathroom toilet tank was rebuild. Tech Chrisc was very professional and did his job in a timely manner. I would recommend this particular company to anybody anytime. They do a very thorough job for sure.

Used Saddleback for several years. They suggested Anode Rod cleaning in the water heater. Young guy showed up, spend 10+ minutes explaining it could go wrong. Proceeded. After he finished the job, we had very low water pressure in the kitchen. He came back and explained it was not his doing, as he did not do anything in the kitchen. We hired another plumber to fix it.

The new plumber explained in some detail that this kind of issue arises when the water heater is not properly flushed (including flushing too close to the bottom) after work is done. When the water is released debris will go into the system, sometimes affecting all of the water points (bath, kitchen, etc). Proper flushing can prevent this, and leaving a nearby bathtub wide open when releasing the water will reduce the amount of remedial work needed from improper flushing.

He added, that in his experience doing this type of work on the anode rod has not been shown to increase water heater life in the first place. Needless to say, we are finished with Saddleback Plumbing.

A young plumber came and did a mediocre job of taking out a garbage disposal and installing a new kitchen faucet without a replacement disposal. The pipe slipped off repeated and after a marginal review on Yelp the company took the initiative to contact me and fix the problem. It was fixed perfectly yesterday by a true professional at only the cost of supplies. That was awesome by Saddleback Plumbing. Professionalism and service at the highest level.

I have used Saddleback for plumbing in the past and was satisfied. This time they replaced my furnace. I am so pleased with their staff and technical team. I spoke with Jared for the initial phone call. He was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and was able to get my appt set up very quickly. Rudy was the service tech for my home heater issue. Apparently the gas valve within the heater had failed and needed to be replaced. Rudy contacted the manufacturer directly and was able to have them issue out another valve under warranty FOR FREE!

I would never have known this if Rudy and Saddleback didn't go out of their way to contact the home heater manufacturing company directly. All I had to pay was the more than fair labor price for the new valve installation. My wife and kids are no longer huddling in blankets on the coach at night and in the mornings. Our house is no longer an icebox.
