Tony and JR came right away this morning. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. They checked the complete unit inside and out. Cleaned and repaired the problems in a few minutes. They came out to look at our system. Diagnosed that the condenser was not working. Advised they would need to order part. They said "don't call us about it, we'll call you when it gets here." After a couple of days, we decided to call because that advice seemed rude. We found out that they had messed up on the paperwork to the claim. So, we went without a/c for the first week because they don't know how to submit paperwork to the home warranty company.
It has been almost 5 weeks since the initial diagnosis and they have not called us once. Every time we call, it either goes straight to voicemail or it rings and then goes to voicemail. We have had to spend the night at a hotel several times because it was too hot to stay at our own home. We have not spoken to a live person in 4 weeks. We expect a courtesy call to at least give us an update on the status of our claim.

I had a great experience with Blizzard Air after having a bad experience with CTR Services. Blizzard saved me $625 CTR was going to charge for a repair that should have been covered by American Home Shield (AHS). After bringing out Blizzard for a second opinion the repair was fully covered by AHS as it should have been. Everyone I dealt with at Blizzard seemed to be good guys. Keep up the great work!

A fantastic Company. I personally was involved with Russell, Tony, and Paul in the repair of my air conditioning. Their customer service and customer care were outstanding, second to none. First Class. Went the extra mile to make sure I had air conditioning as soon as possible. The type service I received was just like the old days, when people really cared about customers and proved it with the quality of their service. Russell drove an extra 100 miles to pick up a part and make sure my AC was fixed for the weekend. With 11 of us at the house, it meant more than I can put in words. I will be forever grateful. This is my AC team for life.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Claim was denied because Blizzard said cosmetic. It will not let me load picturds. Russell hung up on me teice and refused service. Horrible pwople and totally unprofessinal. Family almost froze during the snow sform. Hoerible Service: HVAC duct & vent repair

I cant say enough about this company! Russell had a booked day and I thought I was going to have to call on other companies. This guy came out after hours and got my A/C up and running within 30 minutes. He even stayed and cleaned everything up that was on the floor even after I told him I would get it. Call Blizzard Air for sure!

I live in a tiny house. Blizzard Air designed a central ac/heating system for my home. It is efficient, affordable, quiet and gets the job done extremely well. The tech, Paul, was polite, worked quickly and efficiently, answered all my questions in a language I could understand. He set up a maintenance program that will keep my unit running smoothly.
He also cleaned up after himself (even my dirt that was mixed in!) inside and outside and put everything back where it was. The unit is very nice and neatly installed. I am well pleased with the quality of work and the price I paid. I will use Blizzard Air for all my heating and a/c needs.

Lic #taclb26059 came to my home I just bought ac unit was needing repair.was sent buy the home warranty for the home was changed fee thru 17 of August took him 4 day to get to my home. I was told to find the old owner to get them to fix it and his company was chosen by the home warranty so supposedly it was a good company.so I'm still left no ac when all a he had to is repair my unit. who cares what the other own did to repair. I hired this company for repair. Good luck on the next owner who call for repair.don't take my word I have the picture of the receipt I would gladly share

If I could give less than 1 star, I absolutely would. Our home warranty company contacted these people to come and fix our air conditioner. I talked to them on the phone, gave them exact directions and he said he would call me right back with an appointment time. He called back within 15min and said he would be out the next morning around 11am. Noon came, then 1:30, no show, no call. Also could not reach them the rest of the day or next morning. They should not be in business if they can't do what they say. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!
