We are on the auto delivery for oil and the price is ridiculous.in order to stay on the budget you are not allowed to ask them not to deliver when the price is sky rocketing. Weaver is not a good company. I also had an oil burner installed by them, a Utica.to me it looks like JUNK.and some of the professionals that I trust have said that they agree. I hope this thing lasts because it doesn't look like it will.trust me, find another oil delivery company.

I have had nothing but a good experience with this company. Became a new customer 2 1/2 years ago when I bought this house. They serviced my 55 year old furnace the 1st year, then Ken and his men installed a new one the second year in less than one day and at a very affordable price. It works great, and they seamlessly integrated the existing central air unit. Their oil delivery is always prompt and courteous. Thanks.

I've had good experience with their oil fuel prices and delivery but not very happy with their communication and pricing for repairs. The price I was quoted for an hourly rate on the phone was not accurate and if I had know how much they were going to charge, I would have gone with another company that would have been less. Edit: The management has since reached out to me and completely remedied the situation. Very satisfied.

Poor Experience: My husband and I reached out to Weaver Energy about fixing our propane water heater because we live just a few houses down from the business. They charged more for a non-emergency service call than anyone else we've ever had to our homes (a little more than double what another licensed plumber charged us to get our back-up electric water heater running a few weeks ago). Weaver does not guarantee their work or the parts they use for any amount of time.
If the part breaks the next day, it would be completely on the customer. This whole interaction with Weaver Energy just resulted in hard-earned money down the drain for us and it's pretty disappointing. Leslie and Chris are professional and friendly. The technician, Kevin, was courteous and also friendly. We were really hoping to use them for service calls/propane supply but the price and service structure is not customer-centric or flexible. If the price of the service call was more reasonable and they stood by their work, they would have a repeat customer for as long as we own this home.
