Command Service installed our new Trane furnace and A/C systems as well as a new smart thermostat on a moments notice. We are very pleased with the work they've done and will continue to support this family-owned business as lifelong customers! Derek, Ryan and Monty are true professionals. On a Saturday following the first heat wave, they were quick to respond and had the expertise to quickly diagnose the problem and fix my sophisticated air conditioner when others previously failed. We have used Command Service for several major HVAC projects and we are pleased with all their work. They converted our old (1905) house's steam heating system to a modern hot water heating system while maintaining all of our antique radiators. It turned out perfect and is very energy efficient. They also replace our old hot water heating system in our Coach House and added new zones to evenly heat all the areas. Derek, Monty, and Ryan did a great job installing our new furnace and air conditioner. They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We had some last minute changes to where our AC unit was to be placed and they adapted very quickly and came up with a new and better plan. They made sure to discuss any decisions that needed to be made and explained all of the options clearly.

They did a very good job installing both the furnace and AC and ensuring that everything was done cleanly and done right. They also did a good job cleaning up the worksite and then going through everything that was done, and explaining how everything works and answering any questions that we had. Additionally, command service was very responsive and easy to work with, and their pricing was very fair and competitive. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC service.

Very responsive, professional crew, Derek was a great teacher for our Nest thermostat, Monty and Brad were careful, personable, and professional. These guys installed our new Trane furnace with care and it works fine. Our furnace went down on the coldest day of the year and this was a fast turn around. Very impressed with their service. Command Service installed a complete new HVAC system including thermostat and a new hot water heater. Exhaust runs for both units were moved to completely new locations to eliminate exiting over a deck and screen room area. The AC compressor was moved two feet to hide it from view when in the family room. I did obtain quotes from a total of three reputable companies before deciding on Command Service. Jake's quote and final invoice were the same amount and the install date never changed.

When one of the main components was damaged in shipping before being received by Command, I thought something might change, but it did not. Actually, the component was upgraded at no additional cost and the install date was maintained. After a reviewing the project the day of the install with Jake, Derek, Monty and Ryan, I felt confident that I did not need to stay home for the day.

When I left, Derrick was working on the furnace, Monty on the water heater and Ryan on the AC compressor (sorry it was 10 degrees outside, Ryan). When the job was complete and the equipment working, they cleaned all the work areas. Derek gave me the tour of the new systems and showed me how to program the thermostat.

Jeff did a fine and professional job on checking my boiler system. A small leak developed on the water heater while he was here and he went out of his way to fix that issue. Our furnace went out yesterday, and by 10:30 this morning, Fernando was at the house. This company (and Fernando) are excellent! My mom has been using them for over 10 years - our neighbor has been using them for almost 15 if that tells you right away how we feel about them! Not knowing a whole lot about furnaces in general, he could have charged us any amount and we wouldn't have known any better, but the price was incredibly reasonable. I know nothing about furnaces or the parts lol - was completely clogged with animal hair. The tiny vents were literally plugged up with hair). Simple fix, showed us how to do it ourselves as yearly maintenance and done! We will DEFINITELY share this company's name! Excellent customer service!

I've been a customer for a long time. I requested a quote for a AC/Furnace replacement from Command and 5 other vendors. Their qoute wasn't the highest or the lowest. I was given all the information I needed to make a decision. Information about the products and options available. I selected Command because of the fair price, detailed quote and equipment choices I was given.

When the techs arrived for the installation they were very professional and explained the process to me and allowed me to view their progress. I was impressed with the clean up as well. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Command for service and maintenance.

Coming back to the "polar vortex" from our vacation in Florida, we discovered that our condo was 57 degrees - no heat! Command Service came out to our condo the day of our call. Our usual technician, Fernando did some quick troubleshooting and immediately zoned in on the problem. Within an hour, our condo was warm and cozy, and we could stop swearing about not being in Florida any more! Fernando is bright, personable and always resolves our problems quickly and efficiently, often showing us ways to better care for our equipment and save on costly repairs. We got a follow up call the next day as promised. These guys are the real deal!

We have been using Command for years from furnace/AC. They installed our generator as well great install. Did our blow in installation to save money for the heat bill and here today moving vent in basement due to installing a patio on back of house in a few weeks. They show up when they say they will.

Command Services is very reliable and great to work with. We have them out for annual winter heating inspections and Spring Air Conditioning inspections. They have taken great care of our systems. When the time came for a new furnace and air conditioner, we went to them and have been totally satisfied with the pricing, installation and quality of our new system. We were really pleased with their quick service call. We are a 1st time customer and will differently be calling them back and referring them to our friends. Jeff check the furnace and found a very large nest in the chimney, and a rotten "flue" pipe. Got heat back on for the day, then came back next day and replaced the flue pipe. Service is excellent, very polite and professional. Showed me the nest it was huge and the pipe he replaced.

Really happy with this company. We've used them for annual HVAC checkups on furnace and air-conditioner. Just this week we called for service because we discovered our furnace was leaking a good deal of water. Jake, the technician, arrived within an hour Monday morning and diagnosed the problem. Our 18 year old furnace needed a new heat exchanger - it was cracked.

We got pricing for a new heat exchanger alone or a new furnace. We opted for the whole shebang. New furnace was installed that Friday by Marty & Derek. Took around 4 hours. They were courteous and respectful, did not talk down to me as a woman (which I have experienced with other HVAC companies such as TopTec). Thank you Command Service. We just replaced our 23 year old system with a new Furnace, Air Conditioner, Humidifier and Hot Water Tank. Command Service beat all of my other quotes on price but more importantly they did an excellent installation with no shortcuts. Jake, Marty and Derek were great to work with. I've used Command Service for the seasonal maintenance of my gas furnace and AC for 5 years. They have always been excellent in the cleaning and maintenance of the 27 year old furnace and 10 year old AC coil and condenser. Because of a cracked heat exchanger I needed a new furnace. I got 4 bids including one from Command. They provided the best overall value for the new unit.

That combined with my direct experience with their service department sealed the deal. Steve, the president and owner of the family run business, was the HVAC engineer who did the proper Manual J load calcs and walked me through the models and installation process. He was there at the sale and there at the installation. The other guys from Command were polite, professional and answered every question I had. I couldn't be happier.
