Vincent's Heating & Plumbing

I had previously had an AC unit installed by Vincent's (within 1 year). Brandon came to my house to do a maintenance check on the AC unit. He was Great and Professional. I asked him if they installed hot water heaters and he replied "yes" as well as took the time to answer my many questions. I got a hot water heater installed and Brandon did the installation, yet again he took the time to explain what he was doing and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Vincent's!

We purchased this home a few months ago and all previous maintenance and installation of furnace/AC was done by Vincent's. They came highly recommended. All conversations with the office staff were very helpful. The service of the AC (by Brandon) went way beyond as he taught us some things that we were not aware of and spent a lot of time answering all the questions we had. We signed up for the annual maintenance of both our furnace and AC and have more peace of mind. Thank you.

I needed a new furnace during the holidays and they quickly provided and installed the furnace. My only complaint is that I made a special request during service and when I called about the issue, instead of receiving an apology and I'll take care of it. Colleen the Assistant General Manager, proceeded to explain the CDC guidelines to me showing no empathy and insulting my intelligence. I hope over the holiday's, she stuffed herself with a big slice of humble pie!

Always come to my rescue, when I have called for help. Service people excellent to work with, patient and kind. When I have called after hours for concern of furnace acting not right they called me. They would get someone out right away when there has been a issue. Last 2 times Greg was sent out. Excellent person to work with and comfortable having in your home.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of Brandon Morden, the Vincent's Heating & Plumbing repairman who serviced our furnace. He explained what he discovered during his inspection and how it could be repaired or faulty parts replaced. He asked us throughout if we had any questions and made sure we understood what was being said. We would recommend Vincent's and this young man without question.

I was able to get a new water heater successfully installed in one day. The technician was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, neat and tidy, and I was thrilled to resolve a problem so quickly. Very pleased with the quick response, professionalism, and success of their work. Every person I spoke with and encountered was friendly and helpful. I will definitely call on Vincent's for any future projects (or emergencies)!

We've been dealing with Vincent's for over 20 years and they've always got the job done right. The crew that come out are always respectful and courteous and know how to get the job done right. We've had plumbing and heating issues addressed over the years and would recommend them to get the job done right.

$247 to replace a toliet shut off valve, the guy threw in a connection tube also, so if you buy that same thing from home depot you're looking at a $12-30 part, it took an hour working on that job which equals $217ish per hour for labor. That's with the $119 service charge dropped. Oh, and if the secretary says $119 service charge plus "repair" it means that once they get there prepare to over pay as this simple job was estimated anywhere from $247-$800 on site depending on if i wanted toliet parts changed and protection plans or a warranty, $247 was the cheapest estimate.

Before the plumber showed up i asked three times if "repair" ment parts but the clarification was vague. No free estimates either, costs $119 just to show up. And the plumber couldn't even give me a general idea, as in a range from low to hi, a general range i remind you, as to what it might cost to put in a downstairs shower drain, nope, that would cost me an additional $119 estimate on a different day. Like, you do this for a living, you should have an idea from like $1,000 to $7,000. there I guessed and I don't do this for a living.

My toliet valve works. but don't use these guys unless you are desparate and have money to throw away. Donate your money to charity and look up how to do your own easier jobs on youtube or call someone else. My wife is having surgery and i needed that toliet fixed ASAP so I feel like i was taken advantage of, but I'll never use Vincents again. EVER.

This review could have been prevented if they dropped the price a bit because of the miscommunication between me and the secretary. I didn't refuse to have the work done bc I lnew that I would probably have been charged $119 just to have the guy pull into my driveway. They lost a lot of business from robbing me once.

I know the owners and they are good men. I also know a few other employees and they are very conscientious people. I've never needed their services, but I would recommend them.

I worked there they are crooks they sell this warrenty for extra 200$ that the furnace manufacture gives you for free. Are you have to do is register furnace online as a customer and you will get extended warranty for free at the manufacture gives you. If you have been scammed by this company and the extended warranty go there tell them you want your money back or take them to court they are crooks.

They also treat their employees terrible pay them very little and they charge a lot way overpriced. Vengeance heating and cooling is primarily filter changers if the job requires duct work they will way over bid job cause they don't want to do duct. They try putting this combustion analyzer on your furnace that cost a lot of money to hook up which is a big scam.

I have also went on a job that they have condemn the furnace saying it had a leak in the heat exchanger leaking carbon monoxide. I check the the furnace was working fine had no crack in the heat exchanger they shut gas off and power to the furnace. They tried charging customer for new furnace stay away from this company complete scammers. I can go on and on they are crooks stay away

CROOKS.paid 8500 for a new furnace and had it less than a yr and it quit. They said there is no warranty. Charged 109 for a service and did nothing. Walked around the house and said that they couldn't do anything because of the snow. My suggestion go to S & B for your needs.
