This was my first and only experience with this company and since you asked Google. I placed an order for a simple part for a residential AC condenser. Phone sales person said it was a 1 day ship to their warehouse near my home by 1pm. Next day I stopped by on my way home around 330 pm, I had to call for curbside service due to COVID, and was left on hold until it timed out (Approx. 10 Mins.). It then sent me right to voicemail. So I had to call back and finally I'm told the part didn't make it to the warehouse. So 1 more night without the AC I guess. Smh.
