I didn't know Tim when we had geothermal installed in our new house, unfortunately. But after the installing company botched the job and then couldn't get it working well for 2 years, Tim came to the rescue. Simply put, he's an expert. Tim's experienced in the many ways geothermal (and other heating & cooling systems) can be installed. He fixed the major issues with our system, then talked through the many choices that were possible going forward, allowing us to make the right decision based on our budget. Tim's responded quickly when we've had emergencies and he and Reggie have always taken the time to clearly communicate options so that I better understand my geothermal system.

I am a trade professional and have seen many hvac companies throughout my years in the field. Tim and Reggie are not only the most knowledgeable and honest people I've ever met they are the only people I would call for my own home! If yelp offered 10 stars I would truly give it to Redmond hvac. Although this is a review apon my experience as well as numerous customers that I have that have been greatly satisfied with Tim and Reggie.
