On May 12, Brian came for a scheduled maintenance visit. I want you to know how impressed I was with him. Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, he was courteous and kind. He took his time, did a great job, explained what he was doing and never complained about being in my attic with 97 degree temperature. I would recommend him to everyone. Thanks for having people like Brian on your team!

For a company that has a dedicated line, for home owners that had their system installed by Cordova Heating and Air, they sure don't seem very responsive. - first, they didn't charge our outside units with freon before moving in, just over a year later our down stairs unit isn't working and it's been radio silence from them since yesterday. way too many problems to be having with a brand new HVAC unit install. UPDATE - even better than "we aren't going to get back to you on our emergency number" is that they don't guarantee their work (parts and labor) beyond a year. "We can set you up for a service call, but not today" (when the system they installed is just over a year old - and not working). I'd not bother with these people.

Absolutely Awesome service and people. I have been using them for years and they are life savers. Heat Advisory and they fixed my AC fast! Sam was great and Kathy was able to schedule me at the last minute! Highly recommended! Bob

Larry and his crew was upfront and honest. Everything that they promised they delivered. The crew was respectful of time and my home. The work was precisely done. I would recommend them above any other company in town.

These folks are great for a/c and furnace maintenance and they do sell new systems. I had my system installed by Conway Services but there were issues. Mike, the service manager has been servicing my system for 6 years - before the new one and after. He has the best advice ready and knows his stuff. Really cool guy. The maintenance service runs $120 a year currently and they come out before winter to service the furnace and before summer to service the a/c. If you do that maintenance service, you get a discount on parts and a new system. I didn't know that part til after my new system was installed. I have had them out before to service my system. A part was replaced and I had problems again the next day which happened to be a Sunday. A different guy showed up, the same part was bad again and he replaced it - no charge for the part or for coming out on Sunday. One would expect that kind of service but rarely do you get that in the HVAC industry. It was then that I replaced my whole system and Cordova keeps it running like new. I really appreciate these folks and the way they work with my schedule and how committed they are to their work. I highly recommend them if you are having trouble with your system or if you're looking to replace it. Mike is professional as can be but will take the time to educate you and offer advice. It's. Impairs like Cordova that take the hassle out of being a home owner.
