After completing his apprenticeship in 1964, Fred Mentze worked for 25 years in the sheet metal industry as a journeyman craftsman. In 1989 Fred started FM Sheet Metal Inc. He has taken his personal mission of high-quality, efficient and safe work, and high ethical standards and incorporated these values into a team-oriented corporation.
