I had my aircon serviced by James last Friday, and I gota say, one of THE BEST services related to aircons I've had yet. James took the time to answer my questions, provided me advice un-prompted, and articulated the issues that the system can face, whilst also, not rush any aspect of the service itself. I have a ducted reverse cycle aircon at 7kw and he explained how I'd really be looking for a 10kw or 12kw system, due to the size of the house.

It's insight like this that helps inform me of future decisions and what my options are. Not pushy, pleasant to talk to, and very knowledgeable. Will refer their service onwards - as we all know how hard it can be to find a reliable service technician sometimes. Thanks James, great job!

I had a ducted reverse cycle Daikin A/C system installed by ACCO. I was extremely impressed at every step of the process from making an inquiry, through quote, through booking the installation and the installation process itself. ACCO was the third quote I had sought for this job. Questions were asked at the quote stage that no one else had asked and I felt very confident that the recommended system would suit our needs.

No assumptions were made and they listened. Once booked, we were kept well informed of installation times and dates and ACCO were always on time. This is very rare for trades generally and was very impressive. We are very happy with the final product and the 5 year warranty on the installation.

Cannot say enough about these guys. When I rang them two days before Christmas with an AC problem (suspected duct had blown off) they came and fixed the problem even though they were already fully booked and very busy. My family and I will be forever grateful to them for making our Christmas a cool one. I would highly recommend ACCO. Thanks Tim, Dylan and Lawrence for going above and beyond for us.

Have used Acco twice in the last few months in our home. Once for a Daikin ducted install, and once for a Daikin wall split install. Both teams were polite, professional and clean. I did a lot of research, and I shopped far and wide for quotes from all the main Daikin suppliers, with Acco coming in cheapest for both. No hesitation in recommending, and would definitely use Acco again.

ACCO airconditioning went out of their way to assist us when our airconditioning broke down suddenly the week before Xmas. They fitted us in their busy schedule and were responsive, friendly and helpful and and identified and fixed a gas leak so that we could be cool over the festive season. Will continue to use ACCO in the future, well done to the team!

I called Acco desperate for help as my aircon broke last night in the midst of the 3 days of 40 degrees here in Perth. Obviously everyone is flat out with Aircon issues and I wasn't too hopeful of getting anyone today. James was very helpful and although they were fully booked he managed to assit me over the phone with working out the fault and getting my airconditioner back up and running! I am so grateful for his professionalism and clear dierction. I will use Acco for all of my Airconditioning requirements from now on. Thank you James you have made my day!
