JC National Air Conditioning

JC National Air Conditioning installed our ductless air conditioning unit beautifully. Russ was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job! Years later we had a problem with our unit and James and Russ and their team were amazing. They took care of us and made sure we had air conditioning before it got hot!

JC National Air Conditioning Corp. Outstanding Professional Customer service, clean, on time/prompt and affordable. I believe in simplicity. Presently have central air and needed a boost in having it even cooler in the bedroom and not the rest of the house. After reading reviews here I omitted one fools review and made a call to get a quote for a Daikin split unit.

I called and made an appointment with Dina, Russ came over to do the measurements and tell me where the installation should be to not offset my central air. We shook on it, received the quote and Dina set up the appointment. A few days later the crew appeared and I asked if they were installing medical equipment with all the plastic and caring of my home and dust. The house was cleaner after they left. I'm absolutely ecstatic about the unit and the total experience and quality work. Scott

JC National did a great job replacing my ductless heating and AC unit. It was a very difficult job because they need to find the problems from the previous installation and correct them. They had to work in very tight space, which made the job even harder. However, they completed the job with quality, sped and professionalism. I am very happy with them and would recommend them to all my families and friends.

JC National has been servicing 15 of our retail spaces for over 10 years, they are by far one of the best HVAC contractors we have in the US. They respond almost immediately 24/7/365. Jim and Russ help us find other trades when we are in a pinch, we can always rely on them. Al Rock seeing your 1 star reviews for multiple contractors maybe you should try being kind and treat your vendor's like partners instead of employees.

Successful companies are just as selective about their customers as most customers are about their vendors. JC National isn't always the "cheapest" option, however they do outstanding/ quality work. By far the best "value" out there.

Best hvac team I've ever experienced. I've been dealing with russel And jimmy for Over 10 years. They are nothing short of spectacular at what they do. Highly recommend them for any hvac issues or new installs

Contacted them because they are a local business and I expressed the urgency of receiving the estimate and having the work done upon my first call and meeting and I was told I would have the estimate the following day. 5 days later and still no estimate so I called the office and was told they just discuss it and the guy would be calling me back right now.

Almost 2 Hours guys by and still no call so I called back only to be told he's not in and they couldn't send me an estimate in writing until i was giving it verbally and expressed interest. Really? I called them because I was interested in the work and as far as I'm aware any contractor in NYC is required to provide a written estimate. I told the woman to forget it as it appears that I'm chasing them to give them business and she replies "ok, no problem best of luck". Horrible way to treat customers and would never recommend this company to anyone.

I recently had two split units installed in my apartment and couldn't be happier with them. Russ and the team at JC National were responsive, professional, and most importantly exceptional with the work they did. It's been about 3 months since they were installed and the temperature is very easily regulated, consistent throughout the apartment and extremely quiet.

The building's super was so impressed with job he asked to show the apartment to other homeowners who were interested in installing similar units. Exceptional quality workmanship was provided from start to finish with zero aggravation that exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend Russ and JC National team for any and all of your Air Conditioning needs.
