When our heating stopped working on the coldest night of the year, we didn't know who to call and eventually found Controlled Comfort who could come out later that same day. Michael was extremely gracious and helpful, and walked me through the process in restoring the heat. I cannot thank Michael enough for saving us from another frigid night.

Josiah from Complete Comfort completed my routine maintenance on our geothermal unit today. He was on time, friendly and thorough. I also asked if he could get me a quote on installing an updated thermostat. Not only did he quote it, he installed and trained me on it right then and there! I highly recommend Complete Comfort and Josiah!

I called the on- call technician, Eric McFarland at 7 pm. Our air conditioning stopped working at 7 pm at night and our home was up to 80 degrees. He was wonderful, fast, efficient, thorough and found the problem right away! I would definitely recommend! He was very pleasant and professional too. Both my husband and I were very impressed! We were back in working order in no time at all!

Extremely helpful with ALL my questions. Made suggestions for me to better maintain my unit. Let me know there were furnace filters that fit more properly. I might need to be ordered, as it is not usually stocked, which I did after he left. I was a very surprised at this as he is the 3rd person to come to my house from your company and the only one that has let me know there was a size that fits perfectly. Thank you Jonathan! Chris arrived on time. Was very professional. He took the time to alert me to a potential future problem. He also taught me several things about how to efficiently use our system to get the longest life out of it and most effectively cool and heat the house. I really appreciated the little lesson and the heads up about a potential future repair we have used Controlled Comfort for close to 20 years. Love the company. They have great techs.

If you don't read the full review - I'd give 6 stars if I can. Great, professional service! Long story - my AC stopped working on Sunday night. (first thing) Monday morning I called and asked for help - I was told on a phone it is a busy day for them (no doubt, we have a heat wave) but they will come as soon as they can (could be late, but still on Monday). 1 hr later a technician called me asking if I'm home and he is OK to come.

I've never seen faster response! He replaced two capacitors, charged and serviced the AC - he was quick, professional and (I believe) what I paid was very very reasonable for the service!

We purchased an all electric heat pump for our new home in the country. Alan made the recommendation when I told him I wanted all electric. The installer did a great job installing it. He answered all the questions my husband had as did Alan. Our unit is as efficient as the guys that installed it. I will be recommending Controlled Comfort to anyone that asks me about a new furnace and ac. Thank you controlled comfort.

The technician that was here was very efficient- went over all the things he did and what to do if we see changes. Explained what we got with our check up and what to do in the spring for the next check up. Would very much recommend them.

I am so frustrated right now. We have been without a/c downstairs in our home for a week. Our home warranty referred us to Controlled Comfort. They said we needed a new compressor. They also checked the unit in the attic (the return?). It took 3 days to get the part and show up at our house. They replaced the compressor and realized they needed a part for the other unit.

Another day and they show up (never when they say they will) with the part only to find that it is the wrong part. They have to order the part which will be another 3 days. This is Nevada. It is over 100 degrees outside. Have they never heard of overnight delivery? We always have to initiate the call to see when they are coming. At times they just show up.

This is a home of working people. We can't just take off work and sit on our a**es waiting for them to show up (if they do) all day. I'm so over it. Galhandro Family.

My AC went down I called 5 different companies and left messages. Controlled comfort was the only one who picked up and I spoke with an actual employee who was very nice and understanding of my problem. They came out right away the next day. James explained everything clearly and was very helpful and courteous. I had Burton out in the spring for their 69.00 furnace and drain cleaning.

What a sham. They should have caught that I was low on refrigerant. Instead they left me with 20k in furnace and plumbing problems that they pointed out. I had to get another plumber out that next week be my problem wasn't fixed on my toilet. They told me I needed a replacement toilet when my 1 year old had a toothbrush down there the whole time. Burton is a bunch of crooks. I will always call controlled comfort. Thanks for your service and honesty.

I really appreciate how Chris (their technician) took the time to explain everything to me. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I could not be happier. You have a customer for life.

These people have been to where I work 4 times in a few weeks and still nothing has been resolved. It's the middle of winter and they can't fix our heat. Had the same issue last year where it took multiple visits to fix the issue. It seems to me it's part of their business model. Make as many trips to places as possible do low quality work so they call back and we can bill them more. Never will use this company for where I live.
