Rouse Heating & Air Conditioning

Rouse came highly recommended from another app and I can see why! I just had my a/c and furnace replaced and I could not be more pleased with the work. I'm single and scared to death to call anyone for repairs out of fear from past financial traumas of being taking advantage of BUT NOT with Rouse heating and air. Professional, friendly, honest and affordable I highly recommend!

Our family's experience was excellent from beginning to end. He answered our call for help at 730am. He was diagnosing our issue within hours and completing an installation on the next business day. (He moved other commitments around to make that happen.) He was friendly, courteous, and thoughtful with the care of our home. He is honest and maintains his business with high integrity and fair pricing.

He is extremely knowledgeable - an expert! Excellent work, without a doubt. He was prompt for his appointments and stuck to his estimate pricing. The highest recommendation! This should be "your guy" if you are in need of HVAC help.

Justin is the best! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Answered all of my questions patiently, came over on a Saturday, without hesitation, fixed my a/c unit- at the most reasonable price I've ever seen! I have a special needs son who also has severe allergies/asthma- so climate control (a/c) can mean the difference between one breathing treatment, or several in a day for him. Justin was extremely empathetic, & rushed to help us! He also treated my son with kindness & patience when he was at our home. I will never use a different heating/cooling service again, highly recommend!

Justin came out and inspected my entire system, explained to me how the initial installation was botched and dated, faulty equipment used. I can not compliment Rouse enough! Their technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! They came the same day we called and fixed our problem immediately as well as gave us great advice!

On 1/19/21 I was referred to Rouse Heating & Air due to my furnace was barley producing heat & was making a high whistling sound. Within a minute of me calling, Justin Rouse called me back. He was at a jobsite when he called & told me he had 2 other clients in front of me to stop at, and then would be at my house. Within an hour & a half he was at my house. Justin is very professional, friendly & did a great job of explaining to me what was wrong with my furnace & providing me with options on what it would cost to repair or replace my furnace due to the age. Justin never made me feel like I was pressured into purchasing something I did not need.

I decided to replace my unit due to the age and number of items that needed repaired. Justin & the installation technician, Matt, was out at my house the next day at 8 am. Matt is very professional & friendly as well. Rouse Heating is a great company, reasonably priced & great customer service! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Amazing professionalism and fair pricing. So happy to find a family business that I can trust in my home and know they are there when needed. No one wants their heat to go out, but Rouse makes it less stressful.

I called on Wednesday, he showed up. Gave me a price, I approved it. They started tearing out the old furnace that day and the new one was in place by 2:00 p.m. the next day. Very communicative and punctual. I would indeed recommend them highly.

Rouse just installed a new furnace. They were responsive, quick, reasonably priced and did an outstanding job. I wish we would have found them years ago. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any HVAC job. Outstanding customer service.
