Anthony was very professional in giving an estimate to install 3 convectors. The techs did a superb job in stalling the convectors. They arrived on time, knew what they were doing, very courteous, wore covering over shoes to protect hardwood floor, also placed tarp on the floor and cleaned up after install. They were a 5-star team.

Our family has used Quality Air Services for nearly 20 years. We live in a condominium with convectors and these require regular care and maintenance. Quality Air Services expertly installed these HVAC units 18 years ago, and with regular cleaning and servicing they are like new. Company representatives and technicians are responsive, efficient, expert in their field, and easy to work with.
They take extra care to protect one's home while visiting (including overshoes, pads on carpets, and more), and their work is thorough and exacting. We have been consistently been pleased with their services and highly recommend them.

I contacted Quality Air to mount a convector to the wall which was initially improperly done. The technician came in and did a good job. I got the invoice and it stated that the initial job had been done correctly it just came off the wall. This was incorrect, the technician had to cut the molding and baseboard to get the convector to go flush with the wall which shows it wasn't installed correctly initially.
He then had to put silicon around 3 convectors which was not initially done and couldn't be done on the improperly installed convector. The technician installed screws in the one convector and silicon around 3 convectors. I received the Bill and it charged me 2 hours, I asked if they included travel time and the receptionist said no and said something about a GPS tracking.
I checked the time and it was only an hour and besides the Technician was late. I paid the full price because I have a contract to sell the condo but would recommend that no one do business with this company and find some other company to work on the convectors in their building.

Stayed home from work today to get an AC unit cleaned as they don't give appointment times just ranges. sat in my apartment with no background noise on working, waiting for a tech to knock or call to let me know they were here. NOTHING. I call customer service and they say someone is in the building and they knocked and went to the concierge to get access to my place. again I was home the whole time. now I will have to take another day off to get my AC unit cleaned which is an EXTREME inconvenience.
When service happens i will update my review based upon that event. as for now 1 star Update: was called the next morning and apologized they did not complete the job, and offered to come in first thing in the morning to complete it. promptly came on time and did the job in 12 minutes. but not very thorough as the range on top is still filthy. 1 star turned 3.5?. Update 2.0: upon inspection of the "Cleaning" this is what my unit still looks like. the 12 minute job truly shows the effort they put into the $85 cleaning fee they charged. back to a 2 star review and would appreciate them to come back out and finish the job that was paid for.

WARNING: Do NOT use Quality Air Services to fix your convector units in your condo! My husband and I used Quality Air Services to fix three (of four) convectors (in unit 112 on tier 12) on 11/15/2018 and 11/19/2018 after being told by office management that our lack of heating issues was an individual condo issue and not a building issue. Quality Air Services was recommended to me by the building management.
Quality Air sent us a quote for $576.62 for the parts and three (3) hours of labor. There is a disclaimer that the labor can be shorter or longer than quoted, however, standard contract overage is 10%-20%. The final invoice was for $916.78! A 60% increase! My calls to their manager only was met by resistance and arguments. They are NOT helpful, unprofessional, and unqualified to fix convectors in high rise buildings.
My convectors STILL don't generate heat even AFTER $916.78! They want to do ANOTHER $1,288.84 of work, claiming this will make the convectors work! Use another company and save yourself the headache.

I'm sure glad to have these convector experts on my vendor list. They respond quickly and know how to trouble shoot and repair old units to extend their lives. The best in convector repair and replacement. Oh yeah they also manufacture drip pans and have virtually eliminated leaking with their preventative maintenance.

Quality Air Services replaced our four convectors and we were very pleased with the work. All personnel that came to the apartment, from the person that first checks and recommends sizes, to the crew that perform the installation, were very professional and polite. I had to call them back to do a couple of things that I thought needed to be done, and they came back very promptly and fixed what was needed to be fixed. An overall excellent experience.
