They should have Minus 10 stars. We used this company two years ago to repair our air conditioner so they have us on record and know that we pay immediately. The air conditioning went out (in 100 plus degree heat) and the repairman came quickly. He was able to partly repair the unit, but couldn't complete the job without a part. He said finishing would take "a day or so." My husband immediately called the office - at approximately 11:30 a.m. - to confirm that the part would be ordered and the job finished the next day.
The woman in the office agreed it would take "a day or so." The next morning, my husband called at 10:00 a.m. to verify that the job would be completed that day. No one answered so he left a message. At noon, he received an email "estimate, " which had to be signed and returned BEFORE the necessary part was ORDERED. I called and the woman (from the day before) said she "just got the work order." When I complained, she said they couldn't stock parts, they had to order them, she just got the work order, she "couldn't do anything until she got the work order, " and raising my voice "won't get me to order the part any faster, " and "you can just go and have a nice rest of the day, " as she started to hang up.
The house she (and the repairman) had DELIBERATELY ignored - during a heat wave and for AN ENTIRE DAY - is inhabited by a woman with serious health problems. At that point, it would have delayed even more to call in a reputable company so we were forced to continue with this one. I worked in offices for 40 years and people this slovenly incompetent were fired instantly although this disregard for safety and customers may also be company driven. Doesn't matter to me which it is.
I am filing complaints everywhere possible; telling everyone I know about this experience; making sure they will remember the company's name (Perfection indeed); and asking them to share this information with at least 6 other people and ask that they do the same.

This is an exceptional company with exceptional people working for the company, about 2 years ago I was looking to replace 2 AC units for our large house, This is a large job that requires knowledge and precision I contacted several companies and received few quotes. I selected Perfection Air to install and service my AC units, I couldn't be happier with my selection, at anytime with any questions or issues I received a prompt response from the company, either same day or next day service, I received a very special and family oriented customer service, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone Thank you

This company cares nothing about their customers. Even when a problem their unqualified technicians caused goes un fixed for weeks. They have never heard of UPS or Fedex to expedite the repair, and when the part comes in, they schedule repairs days later. My opinion is don't waste your time or money expecting an level of care or service, as this company only care about your money and NOT you or your home!

I called Perfection Air, after my tenants called during Atlanta's first winter night with no heat. Ashley helped me schedule Joe to come over at night to get my tenants back up and running quickly. They were able to work with me on timing and price, and were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I would recommend this company.

I have been a customer of Perfection Air for many years now and have always found them to be great to work with - any issues have always been quickly and professionally resolved which I have always really appreciated! I have a fairly high volume real estate business in the Atlanta area and they have been the only HVAC Company I have used for the last 12 years or so. They know what they are doing, are honest and fair to deal with and I can't recommend this company enough.
