Alex and Jacob worked through rain and the heat, ALL NIGHT, to replace our entire 37 year old HVAC system. Hard working, friendly, polite, Not enough words to say how thrilled I am with the job and the employees. And Terry tried to get our old one working and was very kind when he pronounced it DOA. No hard sell tactics as other companies use. God bless them all!

The furnace portion of my HVAC system was exhibiting an extremely frustrating intermittent problem causing it to fail to ignite for sometimes, long periods of time. Perfect Service technicians Kevin Rogers and Donny Warnel employed what appeared to me to be great skill and resourcefulness to diagnose and eliminate the problem. Before leaving they thoroughly checked and confirmed proper operation of the AC side of the system as well.

Because of Perfect Service and their first-rate personnel, I can once again rely with confidence on the ability of my HVAC system to keep my family and me comfortable.in all types of weather.

We called Perfect Service Heating & Air around 10:00 am requesting A/C repair. Scott showed up by 1:00 and was able to identify and repair the issue quickly and efficiently. Alex performed my AC maintenance and Jeff checked my water heater. Alex is quite thorough and answered every question I had. Jeff was patient with me even as I had a mini meltdown when I found out that my water heater needed to be replaced. Both Alex and Jeff were personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Because of them, I would recommend Perfect to anyone I know. Sheila was wonderful also. Thanks to all of you!

Jacob did a great job and was very professional, knowledgeable, and did exactly what he was supposed to do. He arrived on time to clean my older unit inside and out. I was skeptical before his visit, but his knowledge was incredible and he pointed out issues with my older system, but wasn't too "pushy". He stuck with facts, and as a sales rep myself, I respect that. I will be using Perfect Service in the future for sure.

Great service! Very professional and caring. I called at 6:00 one evening in January and they had my heat back on that same night. I would recommend this company for all of your heating and air needs!

They put in a new heat pump 2 years ago for me. Now they come out every 6 months for my maintenance contract to check and clean our unit. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They call ahead and are always on time. I like doing business with people like that.

My heating system broke and Perfect Service Heating & Air was able to come to my home and start repairs the very same day. Jacob was very kind, professional and explained what happened to the system and didn't mind answering all of my questions. He was able to repair the system in a timely manner. Also, from start to finish, Landon helped by answering my questions and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I feel like a valued customer and since having such a positive experience with Perfect Service Heating & Air, they now have a repeat customer!

These guys are great! Came right out on the same day I called! Thursday afternoon of Labor Day weekend! Other guys couldn't even make an appointment till Tuesday afternoon. Chace addressed the problem and due to the extensive age of my unit recommended replacement rather than just patch and limp along. The repair would have been about 1/3 of replacement cost but it would not have solved the overall issue. 17 year old unit needed replaced.

He assisted me in navigating the arduous Home Warranty process. Then to my surprise he had a unit installed immediately. Team has a great attitude and are super polite and knowledgeable! They worked late into the evening and AC was back on! They came back on Tuesday to double check all was good! I have worked with a lot of different contractors in the past but will definitely use Perfect again and highly recommend them. Do yourself a favor and call Perfect Service Heating and Air

They were prompt, very courteous, and did a great job installing a new AC unit when the repairs needed for my old one were too expensive to be justified. Scott was very patient and helpful as I explored the options. Highly recommend.

Perfect Service Heating and Air have been great to us through the years. Had a problem today (Saturday) and their service technician, Jake, came and determined the problem was the capacitor. He replaced and within minutes everything was back to normal temps. Jake was courteous as well as very knowledgeable about what needed to be tested/done. Always can count on this company to keep us, the customer, satisfied.

Called Perfect Service to come and investigate a smell coming from my A/C. Tech was able to come out and look into the problem and then informed us that the source of the smell was coming from mold. Told the best solution would be to replace all of the ductwork, which would be quite the expense. The second solution is to install a UV light. After being told the price on the UV light, $2400, we went with that one.

The tech did not want to tell us the brand or anything about the light before we would agree to pay and have it installed that day. After getting home, I checked to see what work was done and found the light that was installed and looked it up to see what it was all about. The light itself seems like a decent enough product. Then I saw the price, less than $400.

I called Perfect Service back to try to get a clarification on where the extra $2000 went but still have not heard back. All-in-all, if you use Perfect Service, be ready to get sold something. Then be ready to be over charged for it. Update: Had a service individual call and discuss my situation. After talking about what had made us upset, we came to an agreed upon solution and moved forward. They want to make the customer happy.

Received a sales call from Perfect Heating and Air today for winter furness service. Long story short, I wasn't interested in getting this service. I did use them this summer for an annual cleaning. After trying to sell me a 7,000 lower unit, I wasn't too eager to do business. Won't name any names but this guy basically cut me off every time I tried to tell him I wasn't interested in a winter service. Stated to him I use my gas logs mostly during the winter. Was told the fire inspector wouldn't like that if I'm not cleaning my logs by hand and can burn my house to the ground. Ended up telling me good luck and hung up in my face. Really? You're going to be a total jerk if I don't want to commit to something you're selling me within 5 minutes? Ticked me off I even gave him the time and picked up the phone followed by being respectable enough to tell him thanks, but not interested this time just for him to get an attitude and hang up in my face. By the way, I got several quotes for less than half of what they wanted to charge me for a new unit. They won't step foot back in my house.

I called Perfect Service to repair my central air system which had been incorrectly repaired by another contractor previously. They were prompt, professional and we were finally cool in the height of the summer heat afterwards. They included future preventive service inspections with the repair. They have dutifully followed up to call me to arrange appointments to do the PMs. They have done professional in depth PMs each time keeping my system humming along.

Let me start off by saying that I have been with perfect service for around five years. This morning John Underwood gave me some of the worst customer service that I could've ever imagined. He made derogatory statements about women, saying that my being unhappy was "chick stuff" and that I was crazy. I would strongly warn anyone who is thinking about hiring perfect service to think about the fact that they sell door-to-door, make sales calls with prices that are never what they say in the sales call because they try to up charge everything and that, at least, one of their employees has derogatory attitudes toward women.

You are just a number at "perfect service", don't expect anything near perfect if you call them. There are plenty of other companies out there and these guys need to realize that. Despicable. Thanks to Landon, who was a consummate professional. His efforts still weren't enough to win my business back, but he is a bright spot at that company.

The technician was very professional and honest. The first call guy to set up the appointment was courteous and professional. The technician was upfront about what I needed and what I could expect from the various ways we could fix or replace the problem part. Overall very satisfied with his work. However the second call guy had to be the most discourteous condescending person I ever encountered on the phone.

When asked if I wanted to review my heater I politely declined as my heater was fine. I recently serviced it when I got the water heater replaced. When it became apparent I didn't need my heater checked or serviced, his tune quickly changed. Not only was he very short, he outright hung up on me. I understand it is a Monday. We all have stress and hangups, but when your job is to be courteous and professional you have to leave that at the door. I don't know if I will ever use this company as a result now.

I hired this company in 2006 for the bi-annual service contract. Our home was built in 2006, there are two units. So far the have been very prompt, they come when they say. Technicians are always polite and respectful. In 2012 we had to replace an entire unit $8,700/ with a 12 yr warranty. I called and asked them to come back out because the unit was so loud.

I was told our duct work was too small for a 5ton unit?ok, but why wasn't it loud from the original 5ton (heat pump) unit? Second time they came out I was told it was just that heat pumps are loud. Again why wasn't the original unit loud. In 2014 we had to replace the second unit. Another $7,800. Today's service the tech shows me a small amount of microbial growth on the evaporator coil and wiring.he says it's in the duct work as well.

He explains (very well) there are two choices.a stick light $1,000. Or the better choice is a purification system $1,800. Shouldnt the maintenance take care of this? Maybe I just have really bad luck but this has been the most expensive "cost prevention" I have ever had.

I chose them initially because they were selling door-to-door for maintenance packages. I had window units at the time (house was built in 1955) and was impressed by the sales person and bought. I was given 4 choices from cheap to expensive. I chose the 2nd most expensive because it seemed to have the best rating with Consumer Reports (Ruud). The original installation was going fine until there was a problem at the "boss'" house and everyone disappeared to fix his unit.

So I was without air for 2 days. They left old furnace in the crawl space because it was "impossible" to remove. I just paid $200 to a water proofing company to take it out. It took them over 15 visits over the course of 2 years to realize they didn't install the right register size -- my unit kept freezing up. About 6 weeks before my warranty was up I needed a "very expensive" part and the "boss" was on a fishing trip and didn't want them to do anything until he got back. I was again without air for another week. I like them but will get other quotes when I replace the unit.
