NisAir was founded in 1973 by our parents Philip and Patricia Nisa. After a few years of working in the HVAC field, the Nisas started their own company in a small office in Jensen Beach with their partner, who Philip worked for previously in Boca Raton, FL. Growing up in and around the air conditioning business with our father made every day a learning experience. It was a time when contracts and projects were approved with a handshake and a smile. Dad had a strong work ethic, and he passed that down to us.

NisAir saved me when my entire AC unit broke down unexpectedly. The team was honest and very professional. I am a single mom of two toddlers and they were able to come out and quote me same day and have the unit installed the next day! They took so much stress off of my shoulders, and were very competitive on pricing and warranty. Living in Florida does require a great HVAC Company. NisAir does have quality, value, professionalism, responsiveness and of course punctuality too. Extremely knowledgeable! Our fifteen year-old Lennox A/C Unit in the main house malfunctioned on May 6, 2019. We never used NISAir A/C before. They were actually recommended by a competitor I had been using who did not carry Lennox. We had the distinct pleasure of meeting sales rep, Scott F. who came to our home the same day I called. Scott was most professional and honest in his evaluation and recommendation for a replacement unit and did not attempt to "oversell" me.
He promised me that if I liked the efficiency of the Lennox Unit that needed to be replaced (which I did express to him) than I would love the new Unit he recommended. Scott's proposal price not only beat two other proposals, his promise about the efficiency of the new Unit exceeded my expectation. The unit is absolutely outstanding. Before I agreed to his proposal, I did insist that Scott send out his A-Team for installation and he agreed. James L. and his team came out the next morning to install the new unit.
They were an extremely professional, efficient and courteous team who took great pride in the perfection of their work. It was truly refreshing and encouraging to experience this level of work ethic and professional excellence. I arrived home Monday evening and had no A/C. Called them Tuesday morning and they came out and said my coil in the air handler was bad and they would have to order one. I told them I couldn't wait a week for it to come in as I have breathing problems. They went above and beyond and found a coil and installed it this morning (Wednesday) I am so impressed with this company, they have a customer for life!

Both James and Chris were highly professional and meticulous. They put down protection so the floor would not be scuffed. They cleaned the area before and after the installation. The installation was Superior. They took care of problems with the old installation. Which I thought was outside of their scope. Making the system more efficient. They answered all our questions and help get the thermostat on to the wireless router. I believe they went above and beyond and would recommend this company to anyone.
