I'm really happy to have found Precision Air, and that I chose them to replace my old central air conditioning system. They offered reliable products with a solid warranty, fair prices, and were thorough and trustworthy throughout the entire process. They also have an A+ Better Business Bureau rating, which other companies I considered did not have.

Gas valve on furnace broke. Other services quoted $1,100 - $1,300. Not only did they come out the same day, but checked the warranty (which still covered parts) and charged fair for labor, costing me only $300. Both Tammy (customer service) and John (tech) were friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. Will be using Precision for all my HVAC needs moving forward.

I have dealt with precision air for over 25 years and have always been very happy with them. Tammy in the office, all the technicians (TJ on this recent call) are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. TJ made great recommendations and we're planning on them replacing our 21 year old heat pump which they have serviced all these years, and which I'm sure made it last so long. Would highly recommend for quick, friendly, professional service at fair price, would also recommend their service contract for unit maintenance.

Chris got to our home quickly. he did a great job finding the root problem (a slow leak in a hose). he also did a couple other smaller fixes. he was very good, very professional and very helpful. It was a weekend and we had company that had just arrived when we lost our heat. It was really great that he got to us so quickly and resolved the problem.

I have been using Precision for all of my HVAC needs for over 20 years now. Have always found them responsive and professional. I have had issues with my York furnace since it was installed. The issues seem to come and go, but this morning we woke up with no heat and the temperature in the house dropped throughout the morning. By 9AM the temp in the house was 59 degrees.cold. I had another company out a few days ago to diagnose the issue and the concluded the problem was the integrated control board (the brain).
They told me that they could fix it, but they would have to charge me, but if I hired a York dealer, it would be covered under warranty. That's when I called Precision Air Heating & Cooling. I immediately got Tammy on the phone and she patiently listened to my issue and was quite knowledgeable. She said the could help and said she would get back to me after she located the parts we thought we might need.
About 30 minutes later, she called back to setup my appointment. The technician John arrived about 2 hours later. He listened to my experiences with the furnace and the conclusions that prior technicians had come to. Then he went to work. It was evident that he knew this equipment very well. It took him an hour or so to test everything and diagnose the issue.
All of the previous technicians (many from companies that we have all heard of through TV ads and other extensive advertising) had completely missed a rather obvious issue with the original installation. The exhaust pipe which accumulates a lot of condensation was improperly pitched and an excessive amount of water was restricting the exhaust pipe.
This restricted the air flow for combustion.at times, the furnace was starving for air. John came up with a plan to temporarily alleviate the problem and also a prescription for permanent remediation. Now I have heat and the system is working as it should. I am highly impressed with the service I received both from the front office and the field technician. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Precision Air installed my HVAC system and it has been an extremely reliable system. The system does a much better job of evenly heating and cooling my home. I use Precision air for routine service.
