These were the distributors for the Climate Master Geothermal HVAC system we installed in 2011. The installation was terrible (another review) which is, technically, not AirTec's fault. However, we finally had to get another contractor to fix the poor work of the original Climate Master approved installer. This after several years of inadequate function and one heatless winter. Airtec rep Mike came out to help on one occasion and advised the new contractor when the system finally failed completely.
The system was still under warranty. AirTec told the contractor that the work would be covered under warranty. Despite repeated communications by both the contractor and me, Airtec has refused to pay anything on the repairs that were required. Climate master may be okay, but I would never buy anything that was distributed through AirTec in the future. Look for someone who honors their commitments.
