Very professional and knowledgeable. In addition to AC maintenance John and Tony installed a zone damper system to create 2 zones for the 1st floor HVAC. Did a great job on the installation, ensuring that the zones were working as intended and explaining its operation. Service: HVAC system maintenance

On a day where the streets are covered with 6 inches of snow. Two technicians came out to my house, and fixed two heating units. I was down to one operational unit. My whole family was having to stay in one part of the home. In less than 20 minutes they had all three units working perfectly. They are an absolutely incredible and caring business.

The experience with Hensley heating and air was great. From scheduling the appointment to Tony coming to complete the work everything was handled very professionally and organized. Tara from the front desk let me know exactly when Tony would be here and they did great work. Would highly recommended. Services: Cleaning, HVAC duct & vent cleaning, A/C system maintenance

Contacted a few H&C companies in Raleigh. Got various price ranges all within $1,000 up or down. Some quoted cheaper units like Goodman and Bryant. Chad suggested Rheem. I did a little research. We trusted his opinion. We set a date, he arrived and was done in 9 hours. A side note. Ours was a little more complicated than most because it was an in wall air handler.
The old unit was a Carrier which was not made any longer. So I was worried about the drywall being cut out too badly. Turns out only an 18" x 7" area needed to be patched. He gave us a 10 year warranty on parts and 5 year on labor. Rest is history.
