Dual-Aire Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. has been a locally owned and operated business since 1971. We TRULY DO CARE about our customers. We are not here to just sell you a box or equipment, but are here to TAKE CARE of YOUR comfort needs. Our company has been in the business of taking care of our customers comfort needs since 1971.
Dual-Aire has always been known for custom residential retrofits but we offer more than that. Maintenance - We offer a yearly service plan that includes 2 trips (once in the spring and once in the fall). Maintaining your heater and air conditioner is important. A clean unit means less "break downs" and saves money on your utilities.
Since Dual-Aire doesn't offer an in-house financing program we thought we could at least find someone who could help. We have found a company that shares the same principles that we do. First Fidelity Bank offers competitive rates and simplifies the whole loan process. Most of the time you can handle everything over the phone with one of their customer support specialist.
Bigger is best.right? NO! Not at all in the heating and air conditioning business! In fact, getting the LARGEST air conditioner or furnace CAN be one of the most detrimental things you can do when buying comfort equipment for your home or even office! An air conditioner or furnace needs to run often enough to remove the humidity and heat the rooms properly.

We've used this company for over a decade and cannot rave high enough! They are consistently on time, polite, helpful, and save us money. We conduct estate sales all across Oklahoma, and often have to deal with out of state trustees who rely on us to get work done on the homes we work in. (We simply pay the bills as we work and keep receipts for reimbursement from our clients after the sales themselves have been conducted.) Well, the Quail Creek (north) home we're currently working in needed heating repairs really badly. (We had no heat at all in one entire wing of the house.) I called my client in San Francisco; she informed me that Dual-Aire had the HVAC contract, and that she'd set up an appointment with them.
They sent out a technician today -- THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER MY CLIENT CALLED THEM! The problem was diagnosed AND fixed in no time flat -- under two hours -- and that included a short trip for parts. I paid the $664 bill (I'll be reimbursed) and thanked the technician who took such very good care of us in such an expeditious fashion. I LOVED the fast, friendly service we received today, and will be happy to refer this company to anyone who needs prompt and professional HVAC service in the Oklahoma City metroplex. MAJOR KUDOS TO A WONDERFUL COMPANY!
